Answer:	Great Question! If you are looking for the illuminated version, it is called the Scout II Illuminated Globe. This globe has a built in light kit with an electric cord that can be plugged in and includes an inline switch. Due to the 12" globe diameter, it needs more juice for proper illumination. Enjoy!

Answer:	I have looked on their website under “tray”, “replacement tray”, “insert”, etc. & I do not see any extra inserts to order.

Answer:	Mine did that too. I didn’t realize that you can remove the silicone liner that’s inside the lid until it was too late. Try taking that part off and cleaning it. I washed mine several times, but still couldn’t get rid of the mold so I had to toss it.

Answer:	Hi, I purchased BKR 8oz glass bottle to fit in the sleeve of this lunchbox, but it was too tight for my 6 yo to manage. The sleeve is rather narrow, so you'd need a very slim bottle. I actually don't use all the containers that come with the lunchbox, so I just stack the two larger ones on one side and put the water bottle on the other side and not use the sleeve. I just really wanted a glass bottle for my kid, so this arrangement works for me....but if you want to use the sleeve, get something that is slim in diameter that can hold around 8 oz. Aside form the narrow bottle sleeve, it's a great little lunch bag and I'm quite happy with it. I hope this helps!

Answer:	I ordered this one for my granddaughter. She's 12 and wears glasses and loves her kitty. I see no reason why a boy shouldn't like it. She has gotten many compliments on it from boys and girls. It's a good fit for her. My only complaints are that mine did not have the silverware with it, and it's difficult to find a water bottle that fits into the side net that's designed for a water bottle or thermos of some sort.

It is painstakingly handcrafted by the most talented artists by, using more than 30 different semi-precious gemstones from all over the world! This globe have used large amount of Pearls and Copper Powder that pulverized, and mixed With an epoxy And Poured to make the ocean part of the globe (it is a very complicated and expensive procedure, precise control of temperature is the most essential factor in the processing cycle). This is a huge amount of striking and dramatic hand-crafted stone work. This globe is built with the beautiful ornate, 3-leg heavy Copper stand into which the globe has been carefully mounted. At the bottom of the stand, a precise glass-topped integral brass compass is incorporated to complement the globe. Each country is inlaid from a different stone, and the stones are individually cut and ground to exacting interlocking shapes, polished and set into this exquisite piece of art with care and attention to adjacencies. The elements of the globe are created out of lapis lazuli, mother of pearl, amethyst, African jade, tiger's eye, jasper, turquoise, purple quartz, onyx, unakite, abalone, green marble and many other beautifully hued and richly veined stones. The latitude and longitude lines are very thin ribbons of polished brass, embedded through the globe. Answer:	No it is not.

Answer:	the globe cannot be locked left/right spin direction, but it can be positioned up by tightening the screws on the side. position the globe up and hold it. on the side of the globe ring, there are two screw nuts, tighten the one connects the globe ring to the frame by turn it clockwise or towards the globe, and then tighten the one next to it (under the top frame ring). do not over tighten and you only need to do at one side
Question:	Does this globe have the real palestine on it
Answer:	Although the metal structure is inexpensive, but the stones looked nice. It complements my office. 2000 hours to complete was probably added all the time to find the stones and every little things in between.
