Answer:	It depends on the cut. In marylinn straight leg order a size smaller. If you are between sizes order the smaller end of that. The skinny or leggings styles order your standard size. This brand is worth every penny!!!!!!

Winter tubing tips: As with all sleds, tubes work best on snow pack surfaces.  Powder and wet snow are difficult for tubes & sleds. If hill is not snow packed, make a trail with a couple of runs.  If your tube still goes slow; add more air.  If it still goes slow; wax the bottom.  While not required, tube covers help the tube perform in all snow conditions.  A 36" tube cover is available and is perfect for kids and smaller adults.

 

To inflate: As the tube takes shape use a start\stop method; a small burst of air then stop, continue until full.  This keeps the tube in round.  As the tube inflates the outer diameter increases & the center hole decreases. To deflate: Use a valve tool (found at auto stores) to remove the valve core. Re-insert valve core; seat it tightly to avoid slow leaks.

 

Tube Sizing: X-Small tube inflates to 32" and is suitable for 50- 90 lbs (this tube is best for summer months). Small tube inflates to 36" suitable for 120 lbs or less. For very small kids, tube works great in water but the kiddos may be too light weight to slide well in snow. They can hitch a ride with an adult on larger tube. Large tube inflates to 40" suitable for 120-175lb. X Large tube inflates to 45" suitable for individuals up to 280 lbs and our largest is now the 68" which is for multi-person play.

Answer:	Medium and Large are referring to quantity. The medium is 484 pieces and the large 790. You will get both large and small "sizes" in each container. Answer:	It is cloth on interior and exterior with some stiff material between the two layers of cloth. I do not know what the stiff material is. It could be cardboard, but it has held up well. It is not in a location where it can get wet and it is for pretend play with little dolls. I would buy it again

Answer:	Thank you very much for telling us about this mistake. We have improved it. Our product is 19.7 inch in height and 15.7 inch in width. We have reversed the size.

Answer:	My 5 year old grandson is also rough and it has stood up to his hours of entertainment. I've not seen him sitting or standing it so I imagine that would cause damage but for it's intended use, it was a good buy.

Question:	I am wanting to use this in a classroom to hold the students' binders. Is this shelf sturdy enough for middle school kids and their notebooks
Answer:	No, it's a piece of junk. Do not waste your money. When I thought I had it together and the instructions said to place the plastic sheets over the poles to make the sides and shelving the sheets would not go over the poles. The sheets are not strong enough to hold any weight. Do not buy this. Find something else.
Question:	can anyone measure what the width of the shelves are? I see the photo being much longer then what is being shown in photos
Answer:	Approximately 12 3/4 inches inside measurement, of each cube.
Question:	What diameter is the pipe...i want to add wheel casters to the bottom
Answer:	Didnt measure, but I would NOT add wheels. Could not handle the motion...
Question:	Does it have to go this direction? Example going down from right to left. I need something to go down from left to right

Question:	What's the material of the gray cross supports
Answer:	There are two of them. The thick one is an inch thick shelf with a lip. It is plastic. The small one, (look mid way on the red boxes) is round gray plastic. There isn't any weight on the small round one. The shelf itself is about an inch thick throughout, and two inches thick in the front. It's stout.

Answer:	No but assembly is very easy.
