Answer:	Contact the Company and ask them, where is your Robot? They should give you a tracking number when it’s shipped. I think this is coming from China. Usually when it is shipping from China, it takes about 1 1/2 months to get it.

Answer:	After a few hours using this toy, my daughter asked the same thing! No, I don't think you can - the only option is to use the volume down key on the remote control, to set it at the lowest volume, which is very low, but not completely off. Hope it helps.
