Answer:	Yes...inside of the sneakers, that white port which is use to charge up the sneakers have a little orangish/red button on it, it is use to change the lights on as well as turn it off...if its hard to turn off just hold the button down for a few sec. until it goes off.

Answer:	I would look at the output voltage of the one you have and go online to look for one that has the same output and the same plug.

Answer:	The one I got for my wifes classroom had a problem with the socket inside the tablet but the cord was fine. I took back off and reattached with epoxy and works fine. If the cord itself is bad and not the socket you could possibly go online to find a new one or look to an electronics shop for help.

Answer:	It is not waterproof but i paint we paint on ours. I cover the entire top including the frame with conract paper. Then place the paper on top of that and paint. I would still use a very little amount of paint
