Answer:	I don't think you can disable the games on this model, but the kidizoom duo or duo deluxe have that as an option. They also cost a bit more, but might be worth it if you don't want the games.

You can see pictures/videos from the kids digital camera directly or from the computer, the computer show better visual effects.

Connect to computer via USB cable to transfer photos/videos, or recharge the camera. Generally, it takes about 2.5 hours to be charged fully.

Question:	Our camera is malfuntioning. The screen turns off randomly. It also captures photos without touching a button. How can this situation ne resolved
Answer:	Contact the company. They are really good about getting back to you. We had an issue about the camera not staying on or something like this and all it was was a button we didn't have turned on.
Question:	To view pics, must you connect (sd card) to a computer? .. or can you view right from the camera screen
Answer:	You can view pics /videos on the camera or your computer. PlayBack Mode: Select the playback icon from the main menu and press OK button to enter the playback mode to can browse local photos and video files. Press the delete button to trigger the delete function.
Question:	How long does the battery last?? few hours?? few days
Answer:	If used non-stop, my son got about 2 solid hours. Now he makes sure to fully charge it if he wants to take it with us on an outing. He also switches it off (the switch next to the charger) to save the battery, instead of letting it rest in sleep mode.

Answer:	I don't believe she could communicate with her pen pal unless she was in the room withher.
Question:	Is anyone else having a charging problem? Mine turns on while plugged up but turns off when unplugged
Answer:	Probably the book. There is a lot of explaining (some scientific) about how the codes work. So it might he hard to understand if they were to read it all alone? My daughter is 10 and was able to read and create all the different codes (mirror imaging, moon codes, etc) by herself. However, even at 10 there are some parts that may need to be done/supervized by an adult (like boiling purple cabbage leaves to make purple paper or spraying a secret message with grape juice to decode a message). No worries though, there is lots to do without adult supervision as well.

Answer:	It's a cute gift. I'm not sure what the frustration free packaging is. It's a normal toy in a box about the size of a small board game.
