It may last her till she's 5 because she's small for her age and will probably always be a petite little girl. She takes the drumstick and tries to copy her uncles rock speed drumming! My son got a small real drumset... (not so much a "toy") ... for his girlfriend's 5 1/2 year old boy (loves it). I think it was about $300.

Answer:	I know this is an old question but for anyone else looking... I would not recommend this for babies/toddlers. My son is 14 months and he sticks EVERYTHING in his mouth.
