Answer:	No, as others have said. You do need to register with the FAA, it's $5 and takes about 5 minutes. You will then need to print out your certificate of registration - keep it with you when flying and put your Certificate Number on your drone (taped or marker pen). There is a "requirement" that you pass a test, however the test is still under development so it doesn't exist. Your Certificate is good for 3 years, so that's the earliest you'd have to worry about any testing to operate your drone as a recreational flyer. Drone flying under this recreational certificate your have to do these things: - Keep your drone within the visual line of sight or use a visual observer. - Fly at or below 400 feet in uncontrolled airspace - Comply with all airspace restrictions - Get prior authorization before operating in controlled airspace - Give way and do not interfere with any manned aircraft

Answer:	There are two possible reasons that This may be happening: The wind may have picked up at that moment if you were flying outdoors and lifted the drone; Your battery may have been getting low and the drone was beginning it’s attempt to do a controlled descent back to where it took off from. During a controlled descent, the first thing the drone does is gain altitude so that when it flies home it doesn’t run into anyone or anything.

Answer:	They recently had a firmware update that has a boat mode. Now you can catch it with your hand. Do a YouTube search for Autel Evo Boad Mode.

Answer:	The travel bag was a free item that you could only receive if you ordered within the first week of the EVO's release (June 25th). If you didn't order within that period, you will have to use the box it came in, or buy the EVO hard case which can be purchased separately or in the "EVO Rugged" bundle, available on their website.

Answer:	There are no flight restrictions or geo fencing. The aircraft will give you a warning that you have entered restricted air space, but it will not stop you from flying. We leave that responsibility to the pilot to be aware of any rules and regulations in the area.

Answer:	There is a WIFI module inside the remote controller. Question:	Can you be using the vr goggles and have someone control de dron with another phone on the controller
Answer:	Yes, you can. In order to do so, you have to have two smartphones and assure that the FIFISH APP is downloaded on both phones. Then you would connect each phone, subsequently, via WiFI. After connecting the phones, you would leave the first phone as the controller to retain control of the unit. As for the second phone, you should enable the VR function on the APP and place the phone in the VR goggles to see it through VR. This way, you can watch via the VR goggles or simply through the APP.
Question:	what is the size of the battery? Is it removable? Trying to figure out if you can fly with it as a carryon or in checked baggage
Answer:	The battery is 9000mAh/97.2Wh. The battery is not removable. We suggest checking it or shipping it ahead. It is too big as a carry on unless you had it in a backpack. It would be heavy however with the spool.
