Answer:	I use a 1amp 5V wall wart (Old FireTV Stick Power Supply) to charge mine, and they take about 30 min per battery to charge fully.

All you need to do is pair one remote to a quadcopter and once the remote and the drone is paired then you can move on to the other one. There would be no signal interference once the remote and the drone's signal is locked in.
