During installation you will need to have an Internet connection on. Authentication and registration at SONY occurs during installation no matter where you bought your copy of their program. Updates since publication of the CD are also installed at the same time. Thereafter you are regularly notified of updates. I run Vegas Pro 13 on my Win 8.1 64bit operating system desktop with 64GB ram and an INTEL i7 4gen processor. HD/Blu-ray editing and authoring takes lots of processing power. Vegas Pro 13 is the least costly full featured program in it's class in the SONY line up and does a great job. While you can render portions of your project directly from the Vegas Pro 13 timeline into various formats, such as testing part of your project on a full size monitor or TV, checking color space, etc., you need a sister program to do DVD and Blu-ray DVD authoring retail-ready DVD's. Answer:	The holes aren’t blocked on my kids submarine. It will spill water if you lift it out of the tub after being submerged.

Answer:	When the blue hatch is pulled up in front, the hatch comes up to show an opening to the inside of the ship. The back piece of the handle stays attached. Then to close it you snap the front down again. Fun!

Answer:	No. You can spin the propeller with your finger but this toy has no batteries. My son loves this toy and takes it in the bathtub all the time.
