Answer:	It should. Your nitro truck still uses servos to control it and all the receiver does is move the servos to a certain position (steering, throttle).

Answer:	There are a lot of throttle adjustments on this such as throttle sensitivity, throttle gain, and throttle dual rate. You could use the throttle dual rate to lessen the ESC response to your input which would be kind of like limiting the output. But it doesnt have one of those sliders that have the 50-75-100% limiters. I LOVE this radio. I use it in all my Arrmas. I currently have it in my Notorious and Outcast 4s. But I also used it when I had the Kraton 6s as well. I found my radio. I just buy new receivers when I get a new model.

Answer:	The wires to and from the receiver are basically signal wires. Since they carry no amperage the wire size is probably less than 20 gauge.

Answer:	You can program it in betaflight and assign it to whatever switch you want, this radio does not come pre-programmed. I do not recommend flying in ANY type of trainer mode. I Highly recommend you practice on a simulator like velocidrone for 50hrs+ with a Frsky X9 Lite or X9D+ 2019 in acro mode only. Then fly the real thing. Buy cheap, buy twice! I can charge my X9 Lite via usb while using a simulator. I am not sure If your questions pertains to helicopters or FPV quadcopters? We will assume FPV though because it is so much better. Ye be warned, this hobby will consume a lot of your time and is not easy. Youtube, facebook and rcgroups are your friend for knowledge!

The PRM03 module, available separately for $20 more will tell you a LOT more. Altitude, distance, RSSI (@the plane), latitude, longitude, flight mode, pitch, roll, yaw, speed, climb rate, and GPS status. The receiver displays this information without interference or delay! The modules referenced PRM01 and PRM03 are in fact RadioLink products so they will DEFINITELY work with this radio.

Question:	What is the difference between dsmx and dsm
Answer:	DSMX is basically two layers of multi-access techiques.DSM2 is based on something called CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access). In simple term, this means two things: 1) The signal is spread out over a wider frequency band and 2) each transmitter/receiver pair uses it's own coding scheme to "scramble" the signal. The coding schemes are designed in such a way that even if two stations are transmitting on the same frequency, the respective signals can still be isolated by the receivers, thanks to the coding schemes.CDMA is great, because it's resilient to static, interference and other transmitters transmitting on the same frequency. However, there's a limit to how many stations can transmit on the same frequency before the signal gets too diluted to be successfully isolated by the receiver.So DSM2 employs a simple scheme to try to avoid this. When starting up, the transmitter tries to find two free frequencies and starts transmitting. The receiver is scanning the frequencies for the unique signature of its paired transmitter. Once found, the receiver locks in and you have a working link. DSM2 uses two separate channels, so if one gets knocked out by interference, the other channel may still be usable. The problem is that the channel allocation happens on transmitter startup, so if both channels become unusable at some later point in the flight, you may still lose the link.And that's why DSMX was designed. DSMX essentially uses the same encoding scheme as DSM2, but the frequency changes thousands of times per second according to a pseudo-random sequence negotiated between the transmitter and receiver. Even if some channels used become completely saturated and unusable, it would normally only result in cut-outs a couple of milliseconds, which would be too short to even notice (in theory).

Answer:	Yes. Currently, all Spektrum receivers are DSMX/DSM2 and all current Spektrum transmitters are compatible. DSMR just means it's for ground use.

Answer:	Depends on the receiver. If your receivers are DSM2 it will definitely work, but if they are DSM, you may want to email spektrum or horizon to see. This is listed as compatible with DSM2 and DSMR receivers, but doesn't mention the older DSM receivers. The DX3R Pro was compatible with DSM/DSM2 receivers.
