They also ignored my support ticket on their website asking about this topic. Either the specs are wrong or Edifier doesn't know their product very well, and it seems they won't give a straight answer about it. It would be a better business move to just own up to the mistake and correct it. It's difficult to trust a company with your hard-earned money when they behave this way.

Answer:	I just received mine, in my opinion, it is not suitable for counted cross stitch. If you hold your work at the usual distance, it is too blurry. You have to hold your work about 11/2" to 2 " from your nose. I am past 60 and use reading glasses. I do think even with average eye site you'd have to hold the work that close of a distance. It would be great for getting a close up look at jewelry, model kits etc. I guess I'll have to spring for one of those lighted magnifiers on an arm.

Answer:	Yes, this can be done just by removing the screw on the left side and replace in the right one, then just position the loupe on the left side, I did the same thing since my best eye is the left.

Answer:	I tried it once. By the time I had twisted around in all directions (I'm 73) trying to see and hold my feet close enough and keeping them still, I had wiggled around until I fell off the couch and landed on the floor. Hilarious seeing this old lady trying to get up like a turtle on it's back! The only pedicuring I got was an unintended snip on my little toe. Not my toenail, but the flesh. Will not try that again. But it works really well for crocheting, tatting, knitting, reading when my eyes are hurting, plus many, many more things. I repaired an earring the other day with them. I agree with what DSE said. You need to be a contortionist!

Answer:	It depends on the lens you install. I'd think that the strongest would actually be about 4" which is too close for me. I put on one towards the middle and it has been perfect!
Question:	How much would ALL the lenses cost if available that way
Answer:	I don't know. However, I use the OptiSight using a headlamp that I got for $12.00 that works just fine. It's a CREE LED rechargeable Lithium Ion which is cheaper than the Optivisor light. Hope this helps.
Question:	I see that there are the little black pins that hold the lens to the visor but how do I get them out to change the lens to a different size
Answer:	I have used it to read the teeny-tiny print on medicine bottles, for example, but for reading a book I prefer reading glasses or 'magnifying' glasses available at many stores. I use mine primarily for fine needlework, and I have to take it off about every half hour or so to 'rest' my head.
Question:	What is the distance from screw to screw. I have a headband magnifier that is real old and i wonder if it will fit mine. Looks very similar

Question:	how do you hold it in place
Answer:	There are plastic "pens" that hold the lens into place. I don't think they will work if you add an extra lens on. The pens will not be long enough then. You could maybe rig something to hold them, but not sure if the clarity would be there since I have never tried to double up on lens. Hope that helps. 
