Answer:	It will glow roughly as bright as a white T-shirt would.

Answer:	I don't know what qualities normally make a throwing card, but this is very sturdy stock, with a nice textured feel made from a tight grid of very tiny hills, sort of like a golf ball in its dimpling. They're also very lightweight, I can shake one holding at one end and it doesn't bend or wiggle from the force. The edges are clean and neat, so no friction there. I'd say try it out, if they turn out to be duds you at least have a baller deck of cards.

Answer:	They work like any deck of cards. Bicycle playing cards are a good quality. The only thing special about this deck is the color. Red and blue back decks are cheaper - so if having this color is important enough to you to pay more for them, they are good.

There is a blank-faced card has a thin black border around the design replacing the original turquoise border. There is only one Joker included with the deck. Some people have reported getting this deck with a double-backed card.
