Answer:	Hello, Please first check the side switch (the slider on the top right of more recent iPads). If it is configured to mute and the orange is visible on the slider, then the sound is muted. Interestingly, not all apps respect this setting, so that can explain cases where only Osmo apps seem to be muted. There should be a volume slider on control center. If that is up and the mute isn't turned on, you *should* be hearing sound. If neither was the problem, you can try plugging in headphones to see if you can hear sound in Osmo apps as well as other apps. If this does not help, please contact us at [email protected]. Answer:	I had Sega when I was younger and it was just like that game. My friends had Nintendo and the games looked identical. I don’t know if there was anything different with Super Nintendo.

We let our 4 year old play, and every time it was his turn I told him to draw any shape he wanted and we had to guess which shape (he can't read and can only draw simple shapes but had so much fun with us!).

Answer:	The pack comes with a single reel that can't be used on a conventional viewmaster. You need the Virtual Reality version. What the reel does when you use it with VR glasses, usually, is to activate an augmented reality (AR) image that you then center on to enter the game menu. The Batman reel, once you insert your phone in the VR viewmaster glasses and hover over it, will show a 3d picture of the Batmobil. You center on it and it starts the game for you. I'm not sure I know what you mean by product number. Mine has a UPC code on the bottom of the cardboard sleeve. In the 2-fold cardboard case inside is a QR code you need to activate/register the product. That's about it. If you can be a bit more specific, I'd be happy to answer your question.

Answer:	I ordered 3 large sizes, one for a 6' very slender person and one for a 6' med build person. If you're looking for it to fit perfectly, I would recommend a Medium size. Answer:	There are different shape and color attribute pieces which are placed to form strings much like scrabble. Certain combinations constitute a 'quirkle' some combinations are worth more or less points. The game is quick to play and children can participate since the pieces are matched by color and shape, spelling and vocabulary skills are not required, yet to achieve some high point combinations can be challenging too.

Answer:	I don't think there is any difference. It's exactly like the game "Memory" only the cards you flip over are pictures of the Disney Princesses and other characters from the Disney Movies. My 5 year old loves it.
Question:	Is this game too easy for a 4 1/2 year old boy
Answer:	My almost 4 year old loves it because he enjoys the characters and matching them up. It is great to keep in my bag and pull out at restaurants to keep him occupied for a bit. After about 2 rounds he gets bored but it's great for about 10 minutes!
