Answer:	I do it all the time, mix various teas w/ coffee to enhance flavors. Like today, I mixed mocha nut fudge k-cup coffee w/ caramel apple spice tea bag & it was heaven. Of course, I like all my coffee w/ cream & stevia to reduce cals. Or w/ coconut mocha coffee + chai tea bag combo, delicious. It's been trial n' error, just like cooking or baking goodies, u hav to try what fits ur tastebuds. Last eg, hazelnut coffee w/ white tea bag, for me, white tea has a nutty flavor, it isn't bland despite "white." So, this combo enhanced the nutty part of hazelnut, even moreso when u add cream. I cud go on & on on various combos, but it's best to try it on ur own. Oh, if u like peppermint, then add it to ur coffee, it's a way more peppered taste to it, then buying peppermint types of coffee. This method is way cheaper too. I luv my Keurig, but buying all tea & coffee k-cups are in the long run way too expensive. I've been mixing teas w/ coffee for the past 5-6yrs b/c both hav various health benefits. But mostly tea reduces the effects of coffee bean caffeine, like HBP, jitters, acid reflux, withdrawal effects, etc, esp if one drinks a lot throughout day. Moderation in everythg I say. Answer:	To be honest, I have not tried this flavor in STIR only True Lemon, which I prefer. I like the True Lemon product line because it is honest in its ingredients and it tastes real, just like something I would have made with my Grandmother and her lemon trees. No artificial "plastic" tasting lemonade here!! I love this brand. Sorry I could not answer about the comparison but I hope at least you know more about how the True Lemon products taste.

Answer:	Yes anise is known to have a similar flavor to licorice at least in my opinion. That being said I don't like licorice tea and the anise in this tea is not overbearing. Honestly the tea does not have a licorice type flavor at all in my opinion. More like roasty a little bitter it's difficult to really put into words. I think most people will love or hate the taste it's very distinct. I like it with cream and sugar but not without.

Answer:	It's sweetened with glycerol, the second ingredient. That is why there is 21g of sugar alcohol instead of sugar. Sugar alcohols don't affect blood sugar as much as sucrose (delays release a tiny bit), but glycerol is the closest sugar alcohol, and in fact has more kcals/gram than sugar. Sugar alcohols don't fully break down, leading to bloating and diarrhea.

Answer:	The two leading sugar alcohols are Xylitol and Erythritol. The ingredients does not specify which. Both are excellent sugar substitutes; very low glycemic index (near zero). Xylitol actually has a mild anti biotic property that is used in some nose spray products. Erythritol emparts a cool tasting sweetness (cool as in low temp, not as in "really cool"). Both are great sweeteners.

Question:	this does not have the sweetener added. some have stevia and it leaves an after taste
Answer:	As long as they stay in a fairly dry environment, I haven't found a shelf life. I've had mine for a few months now, living in humid Florida with no AC, and I've had no issues. Keep the packages dry, and they keep for months.
Question:	Does this product provides same benefits of drinking real lemon water or it just make the beverage taste like lemon water
Answer:	The ingredients listed on the box for True lemon are: Crystallized Lemon Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Lemon Oil, Lemon Juice, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C). There is no evaporated cane juice listed for True lemon. True lime and True orange do have Organic Evaporated Cane Juice in their lists.
