Answer:	You can have both, but because the sprayer gun and the filter faucet both need a hole to mount on your sink you will need to drill a new hole to mount the faucet if your sink has the space. I removed my sprayer to make room to install the filter faucet, and did not drill an additional hole.

Answer:	What is the faucet model and make? Most faucets have a diffuser that is screwed into the end of the faucet spout. If yours does not have it then look into getting an in-line filter system.

Answer:	There are tons of 10 inch replacement filters out there, and you only have to do it about every six months. As long as it says fits standard ten inch countertop it should work, note I have only had mine about two months so I have not done it yet. Just search amazon for ten inch water filter replacements, most are less than ten dollars, (not 4.5 inch though). Culligan has some 4.5 micron on amazon for about 3 dollars each

Answer:	Not having any problems. Is it new or used? If new, contact company for exchange. If used is it the gasket? Or is there a crack on the outer casing?

Answer:	Its the type of replaceable filter media that comes with it. The 3 stage cost far less due to removing less contaminants compare to 10 stage filtering.IMO: The 3 stage is far better then the most refrigerator water filter most people use and if you are using municipality water source, the water is safe to drink anyways and the 3 stage filtering is sufficient. 10 stage is nice insurance but I choose to save the money........Hope that helps.

Answer:	We don't recommend that it be installed outside, however we have customer's that have successfully installed it outside but make sure that if you do it has some kine of structure around it to protect it from the elements. Yes it can replace the old salt softener.
Question:	how does this work with a Sprinkler system
Answer:	I would have the sprinkler system drawing its feed before the filter since the sprinkler water wouldn't need to be filtered making your filters last longer.
Question:	What is the reduction in water pressure after the installation
Answer:	I haven’t checked pressure drop but it does have a 10 GPM flow rate limit. We have not seen an adverse impact on the showers or other water faucets. We regulate water pressure to the house at 50 psi.

Question:	How often should this filter be changed
Answer:	Depending upon how hard your water is. I have extremely hard water and I get about 4 months tops before I need to change - with drop in pressure noticeable at around 3 months.
Question:	I just put this system in my house January and the water flow has slowed down significantly. Am I going to have to replace the carbon filter already
Answer:	Surprise!! Just as I was. Imagine my surprise when, after being advised this filter would last one year, I had to replace it after only 4 months. The water pressure was so low as to be wholly unacceptable (well, actually unacceptable to my wife). It got to the point it would take 20+ minutes for her to run a bath tub. I should preface by saying I live in a MUD district in Harris County TX with (really) exceptionally good water quality. But since I was going to replace my entire home plumbing with PEX, I thought it would be great to install a whole house filter system as well - complete with water manifolds that would allow running individual on/off pipes to each device in my home. Great idea, and worked great. Water quality and water pressure were excellent - for a couple of months. After maybe 2 to 3 months, water pressure began to fall off significantly, ultimately to a VERY noticeable low pressure (again the wife was kind enough to emphasize my discontent - water quality remained excellent). So I changed out the carbon filter (not the descaling filter). I will upload pictures, but the old filter was dark red - evidently a great deal of iron or rust in the main line. I had not noticed before. After installing the new filter, everyone (i.e. my wife) was happy. Water pressure back to normal - for about 3 months. So now, 4 months later (I tried to stretch out the replacement interval as much as possible), I ordered another filter. But this time, I did not install the new filter. When I had the whole house filter installed, I had a bypass water flow installed to allow me to bypass the filter entirely. That is what I am running just now - the whole house filter is bypassed. I have asked my plumber to install another manifold to allow me to pull certain outlets off the whole house filter (e.g. outside faucets, toilets, and all bathtubs - cold water only, etc.) in the hope that the filter will last longer. So, you see this wonderful concept of a whole house filter (the water tastes wonderful) has become a great deal more cumbersome and complicated than originally anticipated. Bottom line (at this point): at a cost of ~$108.00 plus per filter X 3 (if not 4) replacements per year, my anticipated expense rises from ~$108.00 per year to $324.00 to $432.00 per year. And that does not include the descaling filter - I've no idea how that's holding up, or even how to tell how it's holding up. I'm not really upset. Obviously the filter is doing exactly what it's supposed to do (is it too efficient? - up for debate). But I am irritated with the added expense and cost of new filters. $108 per year vs. $400.00 plus per year (plus wear and tear on me to replace the filters, in the attic, at 71 years old - me, not the attic) leads to what ... wait for it .... Surprise!!

Answer:	Have used this 3 filter filtration system everyday for 10 yrs. Would not consider another. There is a new version with 4 filters. If I needed to buy a newer system I will go for the new model. When folks in this rural area could not find the best purified water due to shortage, they visited me for a few gallons of cooking / drinking "isopurewater.com".
