The Importance of Material

You may not be familiar with the commonly used materials of toys. They are basically all plastic, and the commonly used plastics include Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene plastic which is what we called ABS, polypropylene plastic, and polystyrene plastic. Each type of plastic material is used for different purposes due to the different properties of them. Even though the cost of ABS plastic is the most expensive one among all commonly used plastic materials, we still choose ABS plastic as our main materials since that it has many great advantages in many aspects such as brighter color, abrasive resistance, resistance to pressure, fire-resisting property, and environmentally non-toxic, etc. We believe that safety is the priority for toy products, thus we will make sure all the raw materials we used are the best quality in the market and we will never use any wasted or leftover material.

Greater Work Table Stability

The worktable surface appeal to be one of the main issues as well after we gathered all the survey data from our clients. Children are only playing on one side due to the product design or their heights, and there were only two supporting points in the previous version which are placed in the middle of each side. With that being said, it causes the worktable to flip over occasionally when kids apply too much force or completely lean on one side of the workbench. Thus, we have increased the number of supporting points from two to six and distributed evenly to allow the worktable has a better weight capacity while preventing the workbench from flipping over.

Through the past two years of market research and customers’ feedback, we have learned that the major defect of toy workbench is the height of the worktable surface. 90% of the toy workbench on the market are the same height as our previous version or even lower than that, and usually customers need to pay double to get a larger workbench which only has a 50% increase on the workbench surface height. This electric drill is equipped with three different types of drill bit which are interchangeable, and it operates at a moderate speed to prevent accidents that might harm your kids when misoperation occurs. There are two rotating directions that you can choose from which are clockwise and counterclockwise, and the LED floodlight will stay lit when the drill is operating (pull the trigger). The electric toy drill requires two AA batteries which are not included, please prepare them in advance.

Wearable Product Line

We have considered every possible usage scenario of our toy tool accessories before we decide which plastic material to apply on each part. Therefore, we decided to use two types of materials for our goggle, ABS for the goggle frame to ensure a great sturdiness of it, and polypropylene for the goggle lens to ensure a great impact resistance and make the lens shatterproof. The 'Missing' Wheel Parts

In order to reduce the damage from collision during long-distance transportation, we have made the package more compact. Thus, the two black wheel parts and the black suitcase base plate were assembled together in the original package when leaving the factory. The reason why we need to emphasize this point is that many of our customers mentioned that the wheel parts were missing, but in fact they were actually came along with the set but were not being noticed. We have also improved our user guide and product detailed pages to prevent any possible misunderstanding which are caused by the wheel parts.

The New Storage Shelf

According to the feedback from existing and potential customers, the most request for our workbench is the lack of storage place. Parents usually need to use additional bags or boxes to contain all the small accessories, and this is inconvenient and it does occupy much more space. To address this requirement, we have added a layer of storage shelf to expand the storage space. And not only that, the layer of storage shelf is placed right at the points of pressure which can help to increase stability.

Everything about Toy Hammer

The toy hammer appeal to be one of the popular toy tools of our tool set, however there was still a main issue with it according to our customers’ feedback. The Convex of the hammer handle was a bit small to withstand any greater impact from pounding, thus the convex of the hammer handle could be broken in the previous version. In the current version, we have increased the thickness of the convex as well as the size of it. It can now withstand all the impacts without any deformation. However, please pay attention to the correct use method the picture shown above to prevent any accidents or injuries.

New Package Design

We not only updated the product, but also redesigned a new package for our toy tool series. The improved package has doubled the number of cardboard grams and increased the layers of corrugated paper, which results in a better texture and hardness for the package to prevent damage during long distance transportation and ensures our clients can receive the product in a great condition just like newly minted.

Our products are produced and packed in our factory, then the package will be sealed with plastic film. Products that pass the strict test will be shipped from the factory to the Amazon warehouse in States through the full container load and finally shipped to our customers by Amazon.

Answer:	There are two possible solutions. The screwdriver bits look similar to the drill bits except they have bigger square end. So you might just be confusing the two pieces. Otherwise, the drill has a tip you need to attach before drill bits fit. It is a black round piece that just clicks on. The bits just pressure fit in. Should be easy.

Answer:	I can't say what exactly it comes with because we've mixed it with other B&D Jr tools, but there isn't a level. And the hat is a throw away. Wouldn't stay on. But the other tools are fun. There have to be better sets out there. There's an airplane building toy (not B&D) that is worth it just for the drill. My toddler son loves it because it runs on batteries and really works as a drill.
