Nails are trimmed, if needed, and shaped with a file.

How to Remove Gel Nails:

1. File off the top coat (once the shiny part is removed there is no need for more filling).

And that magnet is only for certain ones, I assume the 2nd and 4th colors shown. I haven't received this kit yet, but have another one from the same company.

1. Before applying, please ensure your nails are completely dry, clean and oil-free.

Removal Process:

1. Lightly buff off the shine from the top of nails using a nail buffer.
2. Soak a cotton ball or pad with nail gel remover and place on top of each nail.
3. Wrap the nail with aluminum foil or any nail wrap to secure and allow the remover to soak.
4. Soak for a minimum of 15 minutes.
5. Remove cotton and foils one at a time and gently push off gel using a removal wand.Gel should come off easily without much effort. If necessary,re-saturate cotton and rewrap finger and soak for 5 more minutes.
6. Lightly buff nails again once all gel is removed.

Answer:	Nope! I've used this product for many years and I've never had a problem with my nails turning brown. The person might have a fungal infection from possibly using un-sanitized manicure equipment.

Answer:	I purchased this set from this seller on March 3, 2019 and gave one away, and since my bottle is almost finished I came back now to buy another set. Never once did this product burn me, and I do get some on my skin and cuticles when applying. Not sure if they changed the formula since this question was initially asked 4 years ago? I hope my new polish that I’m about to order is fine! But again, did not experience any burning or discomfort at all, and in combination with the hair vitamins I'm taking, my nails are hard as rocks and longer than they’ve ever been. I’m about to make a review also, so I’ll post pics as well. (Unfortunately didn’t take befores, but they were just short before anyway).
