You won't see what you're twisting because it's under the fabric but you can feel it once you find exactly what you're looking for, exactly how to twist it. The pieces that I am referring to are in the middle of each rail. They are a couple inches in length but they're under the pink. Once you figure out one, the rest are super easy.

Answer:	I bought it sometime ago for my granddaughter who is three but it went home with her. But I remember when you open it up where it bends that little knob turns and or flips meaning you will feel it and then just feel where it may turn for you in the direction I’m not sure but I think it’s like up and down direction-yes you have the material over it but you can turn it in that locks it and then you turn it the other way and it unlocks it. That’s the best I can remember it was much easier than I was making it to be. Hopefully this helps
