Answer:	The arms, and head are made of fleecy cotton that is soft and made to look like a lamb's coat with soft silky inside the ears and very prominent and firmly attached silky bow around the neck. This is a plus for little one's who are all about the "silkies" and find that part to hold when falling asleep or soothing themselves. The blanket section is fleecy velour and very soft and the entire rim around is trimmed with silky matching the bow. The lamb pops in and out of washer and dryer with ease. I bought my grandson one for his Easter basket as a spare for the one he has had since birth. Word to the wise: Better put the new one through a few wash cycles and put it in with your little one's other things to get the "scent " My grandie took one look at his new lambie and gave it a pitch~ asked for his Lambie. Answer:	I bought the 2T for my daughter last year when she was 20 months old and I thought it ran quite small. She is a little big for her age, but not off the charts. The 2T would be way too small for her now. She is about 32 pounds and 38 inches tall now and the 2T would be way too small. Unless the 3T/4T is a lot bigger, I would imagine it would be too small.
