Answer:	My daughter is a 5 and I got her the 5-6. The sleeves were a bit long at that size, but other wise it fits well. If she's on the smaller side, I would go with the smallest jacket.

Answer:	The beads are only able to be strung on from one side of the neck string and will fall off if for instance it falls to the floor. So definitely a choking hazard and something to think of if you have small children or animals.
