Answer:	I think for 2.5 year old spelling would be more fun(more puzzles in regards to subject, more intuitive in putting illustrations together). I think at this age this learning tool is more useful for problem solving skills development, not as much for spelling...but in the near future can also be used for spelling skills development

These puzzles are considered progression puzzles starting with a 2pc puzzle, then a 4pc puzzle, then a 6pc puzzle, and finally an 8pc puzzle (a compilation of all the puzzle imagery). As a result of this progression, the child will increase their confidence in assembling these puzzles.
