Answer:	Yes, I think it certainly would. The 65 is about the same size as our convertible car seat and the seat travel bag fit ours with room to spare. It's quite a large bag and worked well for our travels. The backpack straps are very useful!

Answer:	I do not know but the thing is pretty big and holds my Graco Contender. I doubt there are many seats this thing can’t handle. I’d measure your seat and check the specs on this carrier. It works great and will probably fit yours too.
