Answer:	Overall this set is pretty durable. The hammer broke but my kiddos are pretty hard on joys. So far all the other tools have held up. If you little ones tend to be rough on toys the hammer might not make it, otherwise everything else is still intact and going strong. On a 1 to10 scale (1=weak 10=exceptionally durable) I give this set a range of 5 to 7.

The Importance of Material

You may not be familiar with the commonly used materials of toys. They are basically all plastic, and the commonly used plastics include Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene plastic which is what we called ABS, polypropylene plastic, and polystyrene plastic. Each type of plastic material is used for different purposes due to the different properties of them. Even though the cost of ABS plastic is the most expensive one among all commonly used plastic materials, we still choose ABS plastic as our main materials since that it has many great advantages in many aspects such as brighter color, abrasive resistance, resistance to pressure, fire-resisting property, and environmentally non-toxic, etc. We believe that safety is the priority for toy products, thus we will make sure all the raw materials we used are the best quality in the market and we will never use any wasted or leftover material.

Greater Work Table Stability

The worktable surface appeal to be one of the main issues as well after we gathered all the survey data from our clients. Children are only playing on one side due to the product design or their heights, and there were only two supporting points in the previous version which are placed in the middle of each side. With that being said, it causes the worktable to flip over occasionally when kids apply too much force or completely lean on one side of the workbench. Thus, we have increased the number of supporting points from two to six and distributed evenly to allow the worktable has a better weight capacity while preventing the workbench from flipping over.

Upgraded Version

Through the past two years of market research and customers’ feedback, we have learned that the major defect of toy workbench is the height of the worktable surface. 90% of the toy workbench on the market are the same height as our previous version or even lower than that, and usually customers need to pay double to get a larger workbench which only has a 50% increase on the workbench surface height. In order to solve this issue while minimizing the cost of increase of height, we have redesigned several workbench parts’ structure, thickness and size. The result shows that not only has a significant increase of table height which is from 61 to 74 center meters, but also a great reinforcement from the new workbench structure. It can now sustain most children’s weight without any elastic deformation or collapse but only if the workbench is installed properly.

Toy Drill

This electric drill is equipped with three different types of drill bit which are interchangeable, and it operates at a moderate speed to prevent accidents that might harm your kids when misoperation occurs. There are two rotating directions that you can choose from which are clockwise and counterclockwise, and the LED floodlight will stay lit when the drill is operating (pull the trigger). The electric toy drill requires two AA batteries which are not included, please prepare them in advance.

According to the feedback from existing and potential customers, the most request for our workbench is the lack of storage place. The Convex of the hammer handle was a bit small to withstand any greater impact from pounding, thus the convex of the hammer handle could be broken in the previous version. In the current version, we have increased the thickness of the convex as well as the size of it. It can now withstand all the impacts without any deformation. It can even be something the whole family does together, and can be done inside or outside, making this a great group activity.

Answer:	I don't know of anywhere you can get the screws and nails separately from the other supplies. For our younger grandchildren, screws and nails are re-used over and over again.
