Answer:	I have a 6 year old with Aspergers and he prefers Mega Bloks for building letters and numbers because of the unique shapes of the bricks. He will build letters and numbers for hours. We have Legos for buildings, cars, and other things.
Question:	Are they BPA free
Answer:	The answer from September 18, 2018 is not painting a full picture, and is slightly uninformed. Ploycarbonate (PC), like most any other plastic, can be colored. Polycarbonate is able to achieve great strength and clarity, which is why it is often used in clear applications, but you'll find colored plastic parts/products made of PC. BPA is also used in the production of most PVC products - from the looks of it, the storage bag is made of PVC, which is also likely why the product carries the Prop65 Warning (PVC is part of the prop 65 list of naughty materials). You'll see the same Prop 65 warning on most inflatable water toys, as most are made of PVC, because of it's flexibility, durability and ability to weld using high-frequency welding machines.

Answer:

Right now (Dec. 22, 2012), Amazon seems to be using prototype box art (note the stylized nature). It does not match Mega Bloks' site and that gives me pause. Mega Bloks site for the Warthog Resistance set: http://www.megabloks.com/shop/construction-toys/halo/warthog-resistance/ Especially problematic is the different set number in the corner and the different piece count. Hopefully Amazon changes the image soon for better customer peace of mind.

Are Mega blocks inter-changeable with legos

Answer:

Yes, they're specifically designed to be interchangeable, BUT. The caveat here is that Mega Bloks quality control is an order of magnitude lower than LEGO -- so the pieces aren't perfect. They're made of a lower-quality plastic that both looks and feels cheaper -- a bit more flexible, a bit less grippy, noticeably lighter-weight. Your great-grandchildren will probably not be playing with your Mega Bloks sets (this from a guy who is still building with 30-year-old LEGO blocks...)Also the Mega Bloks minifigs/people are head and shoulders taller than LEGO minifigs, so if you put them side-by-side all the LEGO guys look like dwarves. I buy both. I definitely prefer LEGO. Mega Bloks has some IP like World of Warcraft and Call of Duty that LEGO doesn't, so I buy

Answer:	Yes. Mega blox brand will fit. The set only comes with a few so I bought the 85 pack set aswell. This table is pretty big and can accommodate many blocks. We have used all of the blocks included in addition to the 85 pack and still could have more.It's a great buy! My 15 month old loves these blocks!

Answer:	This table is really more for 3+. The problem is the tracks in the middle for the train. It leaves a huge empty gap where you can't place any blocks. This is strictly designed for building bridges, which 1-2 year olds can't really do. They just want to place a brick anywhere and start building up from there.
