Answer:	The insulation inside the bag appears to accommodate cold temps but it might be safe to use an ice pack as an added measure. I've packed juice boxes and frozen Gogurt and both have retained their cool by lunch time.

Answer:	I don't know how you define a larger riser, but my stairs are steeper than normal with the risers approximately 8 inches. I think this cart would work on a steeper staircase since the basic principle is that there is always a set of wheels in contact with the step or the riser. A more important limiting factor is the load. This is not heavy duty like the kind of cart you would find at a Home Depot or Lowe's. Nor would you want to load too much weight on it because at each step you are pulling the load up with your own power. Hope this helps. Still, works fine for light duty.
Question:	What is the difference between regular and pro versions
Answer:	Pretend you’re standing behind Dolly looking down at the toe plate. At the base (next to wheels) it’s 19” wide. Moving eyes forwards the front for 6 1/2” at this point it gradually starts getting narrower until it reaches 11” across the front. From back to front is about 13 3/4”. Look at a picture of the Dolly’s toe plate and you will understand my description. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Thank you for the question! As long as it is being used with a common residential oxygen concentrator, this would be a good resting spot. We would warn that unrolling and flattening the mat will require some physical effort as the material is stiff being shipped rolled up. Also, the concentrator should be semi-fixed to the area of the desk chair mat as it may not slide off and back onto the mat easily. We have no experience or testing in trying to move a similar machine off and back onto the mat, but in theory, it should work. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Answer:	The recommended age for the Tree Top Adventure is 12 months and up.

Answer:	Absolutely! Even my 18 month old can use it. I'm not sure at what age children would lose interest in this toy, though. I've had it since my baby turned 1 year old and he still likes it so far.
Question:	Is this toy pretty stable? Wanting to buy as first birthday gift but worried about it tipping over when baby pulls up on it
Answer:	It does tip over quite easily if a baby pulls up on it. By one-year-old, the baby should be standing or walking on his/her own, or at the very least, be pulling up a little gentler. Our daughter had issues with this tipping over when she was between 6-10 months. I had to always sit next to her and hold it steady. You could also wedge it in a corner as the other user said. Even now at 15-months old, I prefer it to be against the wall and not in the middle of the room, as she occasionally still tips it over.

Answer:	Measure from foot to knee. you want the top straps to be 1"-2" below the back crease of your knee. I'm 6' 4" at 240 size 13 the large has more than enough adjustment.

Answer:	I am not an arborist but I have not seen any lasting affects to my queen palms. I use an extension ladder to minimize the spike holes on the lower portion of the trunks. There will be some damage from the spike holes but they do become less noticeable over time.

Answer:	You need a good sturdy pair of boots. Also full body harness and a tree strap to keep you secured to the tree.With the tree climbers I also ordered:Ab17520 protecta harness and hss lineman climbing strap. The three together have worked out wonderfully. I use them to trim my 35 feet tall palm trees.

Answer:	It does not fold up. You would have to take it apart, which I have never done. I do not believe it would be hard to take it apart though. Save the box to keep it in. I bought it about a year ago or so. It is best, in my opinion, for kids less than 3! It tends to tip a little when the bigger kids try to climb the steps to get on but it is outside in the grass so the bottom isn't as stable as if it were in the house like it was during the winter.
