Judging from the toy itself and the video I have seen, it looks as if some of the features may be too advanced for a 2 year old. However, it is a beautiful toy and I'm sure she would love it even if she can't take advantage of all the features just yet. The nice thing is that is as a toy that she can grow in to. She will still be playing with it in a couple of years, I'm sure. Finding a toy that will grow with a child is always a bonus in my book! I don't think either of you would be disappointed, and Amazon definitely has the best price!

Each Crystal Flyers Pixie comes with a USB cable that fits under the egg’s base. Before your first flight, remove your Pixie from the egg and follow these easy steps to properly charge your Crystal Flyers Pixie:

1. Make sure your Pixie is turned OFF before plugging in the USB cable.
2. LED light will turn yellow when charging.
3. When charging is complete, LED light will turn off – now you can fly!
4. If your Pixie is low on charge, a red LED light will blink. Recharge and fly over and over again!
