Answer:	I ordered the first set on 10/17/16 and when I saw it was being shipped from China and date to arrive between 12/17 and 1/13, I knew that was a slow boat! I ordered a second set weeks ago and found out delivery date was Dec 13, and this is Dec 19, I thought I lost it, but there is no sign of it being "delivered". The green line almost gets here, but stops, and the "tracking number" says its invalid. It's a Christmas gift and it's too late to order yet another one, so good luck.

Answer:	Yes. The Sketch body style is my favorite (most comfortable barrel to hold). All Copics are refillable, just pull out the nib, refill, and replace the nib. If you accidentally gum up the nib by coloring over gel pen, or some colored pencils, the nibs are replaceable. You do no need to store Copics flat; the ink reactivates itself if the tip dries out due to gravity. Also, these are expensive for markers. They are high quality and I love them, but they are not normal markers. Don't buy them if you don't know what an alcohol marker is, or why you want to use them. If you are just dabbling, there are less expensive options to start with.

Answer:	One reason may be the paper you are using. If it's not high quality paper, it's more likely to pull the paper. I use a gum eraser to remove mine, or rub it with a dry finger. Also, if you put it on too thin, it seems a little more difficult to remove. In my opinion, though, it is probably your paper.

Answer:	They are not canvases. They’re more like a flat canvas. I think they’re called paint boards, which are flat and used for practicing and getting better at painting. As canvases are more expensive. I have however hung mine up with packing tape. And yes they are scratched and you can just paint right on them after taking off the plastic.
