Answer:	there are several steps you need to take to trouble shoot. 1. make sure propeller is not fouled by debris or hair--easily slips off shaft. 2. make sure batteries are fresh and inserted corruptly. 3.in the middle of the lid to close the battery chamber is a small button--make sure it move easily--do not oil. 4. apply saliva to tip of button and contact inside of sub by and the batteries front and back. 5. sometimes knocking it firmly against hr objet works. 6. you can oil the shaft of the propeller as it goes into subbie. those are all my tricks--sometime the things just die--best i have ever done is 14 days of use. 7. make sure when finished using to turn off, remove batteries and drain over night both barts.

Answer:	I don't see why not. So long as there is a small branch and leaves that the caterpillar likes to eat, It should be fine. As a child I used a mason jar with holes poked in the lid. Hope this was helpful.

Answer:	The Melissa & Doug bug catcher looks a lot like this one. I have to admit that I do not have the Melissa & Doug item. I just saw a photo of it. I got the Backyard Exploration Critter Case for myself (I'm an adult) because I wanted to examine some of the critters on our property and get some photos. They look quite the same to me except that the Melissa & Doug entrance cover is not clear. Seems like you may have a hard time looking through that , on the other hand it is very cute if you have a youngster that is going to use it.

Answer:	I would think so my daughter has had this a while, and it didn't have any issues with her and 2 boys playing with it until they shoved a giant stick through it.... I have seen other ones, and this is definitely more sturdy.

Answer:	I think it is below what a 16 year old would be interested in. One would be lucky to hold a 16 y.o attention for more than 3 minutes.

Question:	Is there any way to fix the balancing eagle if it is slightly off-balance? It's left wing hangs about .5-1 inch lower than the right wing
Answer:	The balance is caused by 2 odd-shaped magnets located in the front wing tips. I don't know if you have two different sized or different weights of magnets or if one or both of the magnets slipped backwards. I think I would try to figure out if either one slipped before I opened up the eagle so you might be able to shake the offending magnet back into place. If you opt to open the bird, it has small tabs on the top edges that are glued into small holes on the bottom edges. If you do try to separate the halves, be careful that you don't warp the plastic when you take it apart. How do I know these things? I teach highs chool, and one of my students opened one of the wings and removed the magnet...

Answer:	Don’t waste your money on this. These pieces don’t fit together at all. They’re all different sizes so you can’t build it and rebuild it. It becomes lopsided and marbles get stuck or just fall off the sides.

Answer:	It does not fit the Marble Genius sets. This set is smaller and very flimsy plastic.

Answer:	Hello. I did not give these away, so I can answer with ease. There are pre-drilled holes. Everything comes separate. After you paint the pots, you attach the chimes to the pots with included strings. Our pots were already painted with a base-white. I hope this helps.
