Companies that post their products on Amazon need to make sure their product descriptions are BULLETPROOF against all sorts of product & service questions. Fry's Electronics was famous for returning products with poor instructions back to the manufacturer. I hope it doesn't have to come to that, and that manufacturers will learn faster this time, but getting them to pay attention through massive returns may be the best hope for both disappointed customers & thoughtless manufacturers.
