Answer:	Yes the flow meter will read zero until the welder is in use. If you are getting a reading turn off your gas and seeif it returns to zero. If not you may have a leak in the line or the welder.

Answer:	This flowmeter will screw right into any argon or argon/CO2 mix bottle no problem. As for your welder, I can't say for sure that your hose will screw into it or not since there is a few different ways that yours could have been made. But, most of these inert gas hoses are 1/4" ID which means you can cut the fitting off the end of your hose and it will slide onto the barb fitting that is supplied. The only extra bit you should have to provide is a small hose clamp (a zip tie can work in a pinch). Make sure to check for leaks with soapy water when you are finished. Note: if you use the barb fitting that comes with the unit you have to use the adaptor and seals which also comes with this unit. It is pretty straight forward, but there are NO instructions with this unit. Just be aware that there are two seals that look the same but are not. If not put in correctly it will leak. If you study the adaptor and the seals it is pretty obvious which way they go ( if you have to force them you are doing it wrong).

Answer:	You can't. They ONLY replace complete machines at YOUR cost shipping, and its not cheap. They don't have ANY internal parts for sale. The repair tech only knows how to replace boards. Calling them will get you nowhere. I was physically present in the importers warehouse. They may even recognize me as the only one that's been there!

Answer:	Yes. It had 1/16" thoriated tungsten, cup, collets, collets body, tig torch, ground clamp, and stinger. I can't say if you will get that same size tungsten, but that's what came in mine.

Answer:	Mine only worked for about 3 hours before it broke and shipping it back would’ve cost prohibitive compared to the cost of the unit. But it did weld surprisingly well for the 3 hours that it worked. Was unable to find any parts or troubleshooting info on it either.
Question:	What shade setting should I put it on to arc weld thank you
Answer:	I've been meaning to update my review with that info. The A/C function works fine. I am able to get decent looking beads when I tig, but this isn't a Miller dynasty. You have very few function controls. The pedal also doesn't allow for fine amperage control (since it's not a true high frequency pedal). With all that being said, if you have the patience to experiment with the amperage that best suits the thickness of your material, you should be fine. Just remember one important thing: speed. You have to move quickly once that aluminum starts to go molten. I've had some good results with this welder on A/C, but you get what you pay for, and that means operating this cheap machine can be quirky. For what it's worth, I've found that ceriated tungsten works the best with this machine.
