Answer:	Well since this welder can be operated on 115V or 230V it will depend which voltage you are connected to. on 115V the max current is 125amps which will relate to max 1/8" in a single pass. but if connected to 230V then you will be able to get the max of 200amps out of welder , which will relate to a 1/4" thickness in a single pass. these are both at a 25% duty cycle. Answer:	Called AHP Customer Service, they are the same machine. They are both listed as AHP being the vender but AHP Customer Service is telling me that's not completely true (there's a middle man involved with the higher priced machine). AHP is offering a discount on the machine for pre-orders as a courtesy "thank you" to those who are waiting for the new release to ship out at the end of the month (Late February 2018).

Answer:	60% at 200A is correct but only partially. The unit has a 100% duty cycle rating at 150A. I hope this helps compare apples to apples instead of other oranges out there that state their machines are rated at 100% to get your attention only to find out that they are 100% at 1/2 of full amps; or more commonly, 70% duty cycle but at 3/4 of the machines capacity. i.e. if you're comparing the advertised duty cycles, you need to know that this would equate to what you'll find listed as "100%" by what most retailers are advertising. Eastwood; for example, doesn't bother listing their duty cycle any more. All in all, this machines duty cycle exceeded what I found when I dug in and started looking for true specs. Note: I have not rated the machine yet since I only have 2 weeks burn time on it and have not put it through its paces. Thus far it is great and I'm glad I waited to buy it but I don't blast reviews out on something I just turned on and "seems to work" like most of these. As far as I am concerned, this is a shill tactic.

Answer:	Preflow is brief if any. I bought one that had no post-flow. Defective I guess. Even if it had it it wasn’t adjustable if I remember right. Sent it back went with a different brand.

Answer:	I had the exact same problem. The instructions say to plug the “work clamp” into the positive terminal, but neither terminal is marked whether it is positive or negative. My assumption is the positive terminal is the terminal on the left when facing the machine, but that’s aN educated guess since they aren’t marked. The little symbols are confusing as they show a clamp on the right side, that would typically mean “ground” so that’s why I assume the positive is on the left. But like you I initially plugged the clamp into that side. To address the tungsten burn back, that could be many things. Gas flow incorrect, incorrect shield, dirty or contaminated tungsten. Incorrect amperage, tip too close to material being welded. Look up Mister TIG on YouTube, there are a lot of videos to help you trouble shoot your problem.

Answer:	It uses tweco style. You can buy them on Amazon, eBay, Harbor Freight, and all over the internet. I buy mine locally at Orscheln Farm store. I think it comes with at least one extra .030 I use .035 wire so I had to buy some tips right off the bat just to use it.

Answer:	I think it is. Mine does the exact same thing. I look at it this way: it does not matter; the only adjustments that effect MIG welding are voltage and speed (and burnback on yours). I really don't pay much attention to the display, and find my settings by experimentation on similar work pieces. I suppose the current display can give you a rough starting point for settings for a given metal thickness. I think I'll start tracking that and see.
Question:	Im confused about voltage,1 says yes the other no, will this work with 110v & outlet , state what unit ,also any1 have any problems with this unit
Answer:	I bought this welder not even a month ago and the one I was sent does work on 110v or 220v. even comes with an adapter to plug the normal 3 prong 110v into my dryer's 220v outlet. It works wonderfully on either power source I have used both.

Question:	how long are the plasma,tig,stick and ground cables on this
Answer:	As others have said, the TIG and Plasma cables are about 6' long. The power cord is only about 4' long and I had to make a 20' extension so that the machine could be more mobile to move around my shop when working on cars.
Question:	You can plug this welder directly into an ac outlet for stick welding correct? is it only dc, and if it is, what power source/generator should i buy
Answer:	The welder will run on 110 or 220 v, depending on which outlet plug you install as a power source. It is more efficient at 220 v.
Question:	Anyone know the plug specification? can't find an outlet that works with it
Answer:	It has been a little while since I used mine---If it looks like a house hold plug it is 110 house current, if it is a bigger plug, say like on your dryer, it is 220 volt. It should say on the manufactures plate what the voltage is, if it is 220 you need to get a recepticle that matches the plug and wire it 220. If it looks like a house hold plug with one of the blades turned side ways, it is 110-115 volt 20 amp and it needs a 20 amp receptical. But since it is listed as a 50 amp, it would be safe to say it is 220 volt.
Question:	Can you weld aluminium with this machine
Answer:	You can weld aluminum with DC current but you have to run helium gas and it takes quite a bit more experience; it isn't as easy as with AC current. In fact it is the preferred method on many very heavy parts. I've done it myself on several occasions and I'm a journeyman welder with 40 years experience, mostly with aluminum.
