Answer:	Preflow is brief if any. I bought one that had no post-flow. Defective I guess. Even if it had it it wasn’t adjustable if I remember right. Sent it back went with a different brand.

Answer:	I had the exact same problem. The instructions say to plug the “work clamp” into the positive terminal, but neither terminal is marked whether it is positive or negative. My assumption is the positive terminal is the terminal on the left when facing the machine, but that’s aN educated guess since they aren’t marked. The little symbols are confusing as they show a clamp on the right side, that would typically mean “ground” so that’s why I assume the positive is on the left. But like you I initially plugged the clamp into that side. To address the tungsten burn back, that could be many things. Gas flow incorrect, incorrect shield, dirty or contaminated tungsten. Incorrect amperage, tip too close to material being welded. Look up Mister TIG on YouTube, there are a lot of videos to help you trouble shoot your problem.

They are both listed as AHP being the vender but AHP Customer Service is telling me that's not completely true (there's a middle man involved with the higher priced machine). AHP is offering a discount on the machine for pre-orders as a courtesy "thank you" to those who are waiting for the new release to ship out at the end of the month (Late February 2018).

Answer:	The warranty is on page 15 of the owners manual or at ahpwelds.com/return_warranty.php it is 3 years on machine and 6 months on torches foot panels and spool guns if applicable, very happy with mine for the cost it is exceptional

Answer:	60% at 200A is correct but only partially. The unit has a 100% duty cycle rating at 150A. I hope this helps compare apples to apples instead of other oranges out there that state their machines are rated at 100% to get your attention only to find out that they are 100% at 1/2 of full amps; or more commonly, 70% duty cycle but at 3/4 of the machines capacity. i.e. if you're comparing the advertised duty cycles, you need to know that this would equate to what you'll find listed as "100%" by what most retailers are advertising. Eastwood; for example, doesn't bother listing their duty cycle any more. All in all, this machines duty cycle exceeded what I found when I dug in and started looking for true specs. Note: I have not rated the machine yet since I only have 2 weeks burn time on it and have not put it through its paces. Thus far it is great and I'm glad I waited to buy it but I don't blast reviews out on something I just turned on and "seems to work" like most of these. As far as I am concerned, this is a shill tactic.

Answer:	I have the 225 machine and love it people don't realize it comes with a c k 17 torch with the really nice flex lines I forget what they're called oh that is much more expensive to buy I bought ck20 torch water cooled it's the ck20 F water cool F is for flex head got all the same setup as what came with it to the same kind of hoses those flex hoses they are really nice I bought that through someone else the torch I also have it gotten off of Amazon A Mophorn water cooler 25 leader when I got it I was surprised at the size of it I thought it was going to be tiny it's not gigantic but it's big holds a lot of water 25 L was not a bad price on Amazon they also have smaller ones and that on Amazon same company I would recommend it dude remember you have to have a water cooled TIG torch which you can buy I like the 20 because his little bit smaller in size easier for me to handle tedious jobs ck 20 f water cool torch I'm not one big on recommended things to people but honestly dude the 225 is really a good machine watercolor cooler is the way to go if you can't afford it I cannot afford it but I figured I ain't going to buy too many more I also want to get a good Shepherd bigoli machine and then I'll be set I have a big now but I like a real good one the one I really want is really expensive good luck with your machine once you learn I guarantee you won't be disappointed

Question:	this welder is ad cd or only dc? weld aluminium
Answer:	I think it is. Mine does the exact same thing. I look at it this way: it does not matter; the only adjustments that effect MIG welding are voltage and speed (and burnback on yours). I really don't pay much attention to the display, and find my settings by experimentation on similar work pieces. I suppose the current display can give you a rough starting point for settings for a given metal thickness. I think I'll start tracking that and see.
Question:	Does this come with a foot pedal and if not can one be used with this welder
Answer:	I bought this welder not even a month ago and the one I was sent does work on 110v or 220v. even comes with an adapter to plug the normal 3 prong 110v into my dryer's 220v outlet. It works wonderfully on either power source I have used both.

Why is my TIG-200P Welder not welding correctly?

1. Wire feed tension: Check the tension on the spooler. Is it set too tight or is the wire feed tension not set correctly?

2. Wire choice: Are you using .035” wire? We recommend .025-0.30" for best performance.

3. Stick out: Is your stick out too long? Your stick out should be no more than ½”.

4. Pull the trigger: To begin welding, pull the trigger on the MIG gun.

5. Proper grounding: The ground should not be attached to painted or coated metal.
