I will likely buy a safe from a reputable company this week. The "customer service" number they have listed is some random ladies cell phone. negative 5 stars on the company... the safe is well designed but I will search further for my replacement. Honestly, just get 2 different safes that fit both your your needs.

Press the red button and when the screen displays "_ _ _ _" press the start button right away and enter 6 digits. 3. "IN" will display and your new code is stored.
