Answer:	Thank you for your interest in this item. The one I am selling is sealed in shrink wrap but from what I can see, there are no metal hinges or clasps. I don't know about the inside, but would imagine it would not have any metal there either.

Answer:	I got a book titled " sing them home " it looks like a normal book you would have on a night stand for reading. I think it's a good idea that they use obscure book titles. If they used a best sellef, there's a chance a thief may decide to take the book as well. With a boring title, you wouldn't even give it a second look.Jerry
Question:	can you fit a pistol in this book? specifically a browning high power
Answer:	Not unless you have a very small pistol. My Kahr CT380 is too big. Max dimension is 3 5/8 x 6 5/8, and about an inch thick.
Question:	What are the inner dimentions
Answer:	On mine the inner compartment is 4" wide x 6-3/4" height x1" deep. Hope that helps!
