Answer:	These masks are worn with the pleats facing down away from the face. Think of it like this, if liquid sprayed at you, you'd want the liquid to fall off and not get trapped in the pleats. Therefore, wear the masks with the pleats towards your face pointing up and away from your face pointing down! Also, be sure to wear with the nose wire at the top. I hope this helps! Answer:	Apparently you order three boxes/units, and when you check out, the final order adjusts the total price to reflect the 3rd one being free.
