Answer:	The respirator consists of two pieces - the mask itself and the bands that hold it in place on your head - plus the replaceable filters of course (ordered separately). You don't need to take apart the 2 pieces for cleaning, just take off the filters. I don't think it would be worthwhile to replace either piece of the respirator separately.

The chemical cartridges are specific to exposure. 3m has a page on their website titled "3m PPE Safety Solutions", this page will direct you to a matrix for specific exposure/cartridge matching. "Warning" before entry into an OSHA/NIOSH PEL or IDLH atmosphere, a fit test is suggested and I would say mandatory for personal safety. Certain atmospheres of use would mandate a full face piece or gas-proof goggles.

Answer:	You can see in their description they have added a letter from FDA and a brief test report. To look up the product itself there are product numbers associated in the letter. I also looked up the Chengde International product (KN95). As it pertains to NIOSH testing. Any mask made domestically or overseas will not ever meet NIOSH standard, if the means of fastening the mask to your face with earloops. If you type in Chengde Technology KN95 masks the CDC has pdf downloads to review the test findings and the response letter to the manufacturer (regarding an application to the Federal Emergency for personal protective equipment), from the FDA ,after the manufacturer applied to market and sell it's mask products. I have learned that these products are tested and must pass U.S. Customs. I tried to add photos of what I found but couldn't. I hope this information help you in your decision.

Answer:	It's easy, but there is a certain amount of finesse involved. There is the disc with the holes in it, place that on top of the large unit and dial it to the number of cones you wan to fill. Then use the pin to secure it. You can fill six cones at once if you leave the disc off. Then pour your smokeables of choice into the chambers. Put the lid on and smack it hard on a good sturdy surface a few times. The lid can come off and be used as a means of pushing the cones up to take them out. Check the level of product in the cones and use something to tamp down the material. Don't overfill the first time and take your time until you get the hang of it, it took me a while. When you're happy, pop 'em out and do what you like with them.
