Answer:	The inner screw is steel. The actual Light mount is Aluminum. It works well . Put the screw inside the Light mount from the top, Start the little Star nut on the end of the screw. Remove the plastic cap on the bikes Head tube. Slip the Light mount over the head tube. Push the screw and locking star nut down in the Head tube. Tighten with Allen wrench. Put the plastic cap over the screw.

Answer:	Yes the top rolls down. This is for my husband and the brace rolls down while playing basketball. In all fairness, it could be due to it being a bit small, they only go to large, probably need XXL, so I'm returning it, but it does do a great job of support and pain relief. Hubby is 6' 289lbs.

They are comfortable, don't chafe the back of your legs too bad, stay in place, are nice and warm on your knees in cold weather, and they don't skid. I think you'll love them.

Answer:	They could depending on the fit of the fit of the pants, but they assuredly would not be discreet unless the pants were ultra-baggy.

Answer:	The straps are elastic and won't break. If they ever lose their stretch, they can easily be replaced with standard elastic from any sewing store, Amazon or Walmart. The pair of knee pads I received included an extra clip in case one of those breaks.

Answer:	It works with my apple i phone 7. I imagine it work any phone as long as you have as cord that at attaches from your phone to a usb port. For the phone to charge using this, you need to be cranking it or have this flashlight connected to electrical power (but then if you have electrical power, you might as well power your phone using the power source directly). Answer:	We have various tips for application that help great with adhesion. Here is a list of application tips for you to try: -For the very best results, cleaning your skin before application with rubbing alcohol will ensure oils, dirt, and any soap residues are removed from the skins surface. The skin needs to be completely dry after cleaning the area. Any remaining water, oils, or soap residues can cause adhesion trouble. -Clip or shave excessive hair down to 1/8". Tape sticks best directly to skin. -Avoid overstretching. More tension does not equal more support. Follow tension recommendations. -Leave a 2 inch "anchor" point on each end of the KT Strips. The anchor points should also be attached to skin directly. -Avoid touching the adhesive side of the tape. Skin cells come off with the adhesive, and will not re-adhere when touched. Handling the tape with the backer paper is what we suggest. -Once the tape has contacted skin that should be its ultimate location. You will not want to re-position the tape as the strips are not reusable. Once the adhesive has contacted skin that should be where it lies. -Applying a friction rub to the strips will help activate the adhesive. This can be done using the backer paper, your hand, or a hairdryer on a low setting for 15 seconds. -Apply tape at least 60 minutes prior to sweating, using in water, or starting an activity. Question:	How protective is this? i plan to wear it it to play softball over my busted knee, and i need to be able to slam it into the ground a lot
Answer:	You have to follow the directions, it's made specifically for the sides of your knee, the flex on the outside the extra thick tape on the inside. Through some magic it works super well to stop all kinds of knee pain that I've had. If you need some support under the patella use the regular tape with the regular directions. If you still have pain, get professional help, from a doctor or physical therapist.

Question:	I measure at 12”. although the size chart indicates an xs, it is not offered. i’m concerned small would be inadequate. where can i purchase xs
Answer:	The tool is used most effectively when your hip and knee angle are at 90° being a little shorter could make it a little bit difficult to get your foot up on the crossbar, at least in the initial stages, but that is the only real limitation.
Question:	What material is this made of
Answer:	At the present we are not making it adjustable, The standard lower leg height will be 6 1/4 inches. This suits most people between the ranges of 5'4" and 5'11", Because we have just started to launch this product we have not yet added the large (for those taller then 5'11") and small (for those smaller than 5'4") versions that add and remove one inch from the leg height respectively. Most patients can start using this stnd model when they have about 75-80 degrees ROM and you should be at that or more by the time you leave the hospital or facility.
