At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. I had my first set for 3 seasons before they got crushed by falling tools and got holes in them. We love these! |

If the stoneware is fairly heavy- say 5/8ths of an inch thick, you can drill a hole with a 1 inch masonry bit. Your drill will need a 1 inch chuck. I am a former ceramic lighting manufacturer (ceramic, not stoneware; which isn't as strong as stoneware) and this is how we drilled the holes in our spheres and cylindrical pendant lights. Nowadays, having access to foam pipe insulation, I might use a piece of that as a precaution against chipping or breakage. It's scary, but we broke very few- way less than half a percent. Drainage is mandatory for outdoor, uncovered spaces. |

| Answer: | Please, PLEASE DON'T USE MURPHY'S OIL SOAP on any wood floor. I own a flooring store so I have experience with ton's of different types of wood flooring. It will damage the finish on the wood after using over time. It will start lifting the finish off the floor. It will also start leaving a residue after a few times. If it is furniture - use Murphy's oil soap, but not on wood floors! Use only what the wood floor manufacturer recommends. If it's raw wood floors and finished in the home you can use a very small amount (2 Tablespoons) to a gallon of water. Use the smallest amount of water possible and make sure it is dry in a few minutes. Dry it off with a dry mop head if needed. Do not let the water sit there. |

1. You can use 2 screws to attach the aluminum rail to a wall. The fact that the rail is not made of a cheap plastic allows for only 2 small screws to firmly hold it in place, you don't have to worry about screws pulling through the aluminum rail.
2. You can mount it to any smooth surface by adhesive sealant or command strips. The aluminum rail has enough flat surface on its back, just remember to detach all the clips from the rail before you attach it to a wall until the adhesive firmly holds it.

Customize It the Way You Like
4 clips and 2 hooks are mounted on an aluminum rail and can freely slide on it. 2 hooks attached on both sides of the rail.
This allows you to adjust the organizer the way you need. You can have 3 hooks on one side and 4 clips + 1 hook on the other. You can have 1 hook and 2 clips on both sizes and 2 hooks in the middle. Or You can decide that you only need 3 clips to have some extra space between them so you can just remove 1 clip and add it back later if needed

| Answer: | This will secure the mop about 2" from the wall if you mount it directly to the wall. I would suggest that, if you are able, you mount something -a block of wood- to the wall and then mount the holder to the block so that you can get your required clearance. |
| Question: | Can I mount this to a concrete wall located in my garage ? Will I need to purchase other screws |
| Answer: | Yes, you can. The included screws and anchors are designed for concrete walls. All you need is to drill two holes in the wall. |

| Answer: | The clips are made of soft silicone. The brackets that hold the clips are made of a strong plastic. The rack that holds the brackets with the clips is made of a sturdy aluminum. The whole construction is very reliable. |
