Answer:	I got this headset at the beginning of the year, and have been using it on 2 phones constantly since then (iPhone 6 and Galaxy S5). When I first got the device, the voice quality was great, and the noise-cancelling superb.Unfortunately, after a few weeks, folks started telling me my voice was static-ish, and the quality of what I was hearing was deteriorating, too.It has reached a point where the headset is totally unusable for me now. I am disappointed, as I am a huge Plantronics fan, and over the years have outfitted folks in my company with SAVI units, etc.I will be contacting Plantronics about this, and will post more info.

Answer:	as torresjose77 stated that's the only technical difference. My father in law has the voyager hd and he REALLY likes it, when i talk to him (while hes on his voyager hd) he sounds extremely clear and there are no other noises in the background. the voyager legend has sound equalizer which means it'll lower background noise so only the caller will be heard . I returned the legend only because when I;m in San Francisco the caller and i sound like robots and cuts in and out as if left my phone 30 plus feet away from the Bluetooth, I'm currently using the Plantronics M50 and works perfect! i really wish that the legend performed the same, sadly it didn't. save the extra money and get the voyager hd as it performs the same and you can still use a micro usb to charge it.
Question:	What is frustration free packaging
Answer:	Be careful purchasing this product without the original packaging - there are many, many online sellers who resell these units - they are subject to failure over a period of time. I think the V Legend is amazing - but after owning 5 of the over the years and having every single one fail after a year or so I'm moving to the 5200 hopefully with better results. For $100 a pop these really should have a longer lifespan. The only reason I keep buying them is because they really are the best phone headset/mic out there nothing else really compares. Again my advice is to only buy in new factory packaging, the high failure rate on this model means there are duds out there that people are reselling as "new" - I've fallen for the ruse myself when trying to find a cost effective way to replace the unit.

Question:	Does it take 2 cellphone at same time
Answer:	I tried it with the lifeproof case and it did not fit I had to take the screen protector off.
Question:	Can it be switched for left ear
Answer:	I had a nuud case and it cracked the protector due to pressure when I tried to close the nuud case after installing. Maybe if I was gentler it wouldn't have, but either way be careful.
Question:	Is this the same noise canceling microphone as the elite and evolve product? I was disappointed with how much background noise the evolve picked up
Answer:	I just installed mine. It leaves about a 2 millimeter edge around the phone because it is case friendly. They made it leave some space on purpose so when you put a case on it the case doesn't rub it and make the edges peel. It's really beautiful and feels like the iPhone's glass you'll love it.
Question:	How are calls answered with it? Is it the same button used for Google and/or Siri
Answer:	You can do that when you are placing it, but each time you lift it back up you risk some static dust sneaking under the protector, and that will leave a bubble that you can see. Once it is on and there for a day or so, I would not remove it. If you try, the edge you grab will not likely be as sticky when you place it back down so you will see the part that isn't sticking. I'm very picky about how my stuff looks, so you wanna take your time when you place it on and make sure there is no dust or bubbles under it. Once you have that set, you will never have to take it off. The process only takes about 5 min.

Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Answer:	I too use the ear radio for talk show listening while outdoors. I live in the Huntsville, Al metro area where radio reception is excellent. The Walkers Ear Radio performs flawlessly.

Answer:	I believe the posting said they were included; however, there were none shipped with mine. The headphones require 2 double A batteries.
