Question:	I need to do some old fashioned tree felling with an axe. Would these help absorb some of the shock
Answer:	I guess about 1/2". They are similar to what usually accompanies car wax.
Question:	how do you determine the right glove size or does it make no difference with your usual gloves
Answer:	I don't see why not. I use them mostly on cars, but we are finding more and more uses for them.
Question:	My hands across measured 5.5" (across the four fingers). am i really an xs
Answer:	Depending on what you are applying there will be some residue. If wax is allowed to dry on the pads, dust will happen. As far as fluff or lint from the pads themselves there is none. These have been excellent applicator pads for a variety of compounds and wax and they clean up easy with warm soapy water.
Question:	Has anyone tried these gloves for riding big V-Twin cruisers? Do they work with big motorcycles with a lot of handlebar vibrations
Answer:	I don't see why not. It will nor scratch surfaces. But if it's about dust I would recommend one of those electrostatic brushes. That's what I use for the TV and works the best for collecting dust almost without touching the TV. Using one of these applicators you will apply some amount pressure and that might leave streaks then you need some liquid to collect those (screen cleaner) and ....you get the idea the job gets more complicated than it needs to be.

Question:	What size would fit a size 14 ring finger and 9.5 inch palmar circumference
Answer:	My husband wears a size 12 ring and has a 9-9.5 in hand circumference. The 2XL gloves he purchased fit well and the Velcro wrist strap could still accomodate a much larger wrist. The gloves get very warm.
Question:	Will it reduce the life span of the glove if I were to fully wash them daily? I currently own them and I absolutely love them so far
Answer:	It will shorten the life span of the glove just because you expanding and shrinking the glove more often. However, we recommend hand washing and hang drying the glove. Machine wash breakdowns the fibers more quickly.
Question:	Would these help a photographer with shaky hands
Answer:	I don't think so. They are meant to reduce external vibrations like from a jack hammer (I use them for biking) not internal hand vibration.
Question:	How do these run for size
Answer:	I got size medium, I wear a size 8 ring. So my hands are medium. The gloves are just a tad loose, but they have a Velcro strap at the wrist to tighten them nicely.

Answer:	Yes this applicator would work for paste wax as well. The foam is very durable and should last you for a long time.
Question:	Wristband is falling apart? Do you replace gloves
Answer:	If it gets dirty you can clean it with soap and water in the sink. Otherwise, you can leave any residual oil or wax in it for the next use.
Question:	Do these come in a set
Answer:	Really depends on how rough the wood surface is. I've personally used the same applicator for about 3 years now and it is still going strong. Hope that helps!
Question:	Why is all the shock resistant padding on the top of the gloves and not the palms like the Stihl Chainsaw anti-vibration gloves
Answer:	depending on how the product reacts foam might be better or microfiber square might be better. these are from the old design to fit in a can of wax. liquid wax that comes out of squirt bottle maybe a microfiber is better. you need to try both with a product to really know.

Question:	Would these gloves be good for weightlifting
Answer:	Good for heavy weights not hurting your hands , but the side effects of padding is it is to hard to grip a barbell , the padding makes the gloves stiff.
Question:	How do you measure your hand for fit
Answer:	In the detail pictures for this product there is a size chart and measuring diagram. The basic notion is to measure from the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger and also to measure the circumference of your hand as shown in the diagram. I followed those measurements and found the glove to be too small. I returned the glove and purchased the next size which seems to be okay, but even one size larger might have been a good choice. It feels to me like having a very tight fit transmits the tingling sensation from the tool more than having a more generous fit.
Question:	Is it just one glove or is there two
Answer:	It is a pair of gloves (one for your right hand and the other for your left hand). Thanks for making me chuckle.
Question:	Only one size
Answer:	I see your problem. On te left side of the screen there are additional images. One is a size chart. I have ordered two pairs. I wear large and they fit well. But I dont;'t see how to specify the size when ordering. I don't know how I got the largte sizse.
