Answer:	It read my Microsoft word and excel documents without conversion. If you make changes it can write it in its ODT format. Great software

Answer:	Technically yes, but not easily. The harness goes over the belt, and the attachment webbing gives little room for hanging bags. MUCH easier and still super comfy, though a little awkward, to just wear your tool belt over it. Then you got all the bolt bags you want.
