Question:	Is this the actual Lightkeeper Pro brand tool or another brand
Answer:	It has “Lightkeeper Pro” engraved on the side so I assume it is the brand.
Question:	will this work for a Martha Stewart pre-lite tree
Answer:	I have not tried it on a pre-lit tree but according to the instructions it is supposed to work on pre-lit trees too. It does work on strings of lights but if you have a string of lighted garland and you have several lights blows you might have to take some out of the socket and test them one at a time. The string of lights will usually still work with some burned out bulbs but when you reach a certain number of blown bulbs then the string will stop working. Good luck.
Question:	Pulling trigger didn't work. Voltage tester seemed to work but when I replaced the bulb that didn't beep it still didn't work
Answer:	You have to pull the trigger 4 or 5 times. also you need to check down the entire string, because more than one light may be out. I usually test the fuse in the plug part first, because if that is out, nothing will work. test your fuses, then run down the lights with the gun pressing the top button, it will "flash beep" until you get to the lights that aren't working. do this to the entire strand. then replace all those that it does not beep at. it is not a 5 second fix when you have a stand not working. take the 5 - 10 minutes to do all this and you will love this tool.
Question:	Will this work on LED lights
Answer:	You cannot use the shunt repair function of this device on LED light strings, but the bulb tester and the open circuit detector will work. However, if all you have are LED lights, then I would recommend buying the model they make specifically for LED lights.

Answer:	Yes, the app lets you set multiple locations and also multiple thermostats within each location. I use two separate locations (home and cottage) and one location has two thermostats (wood and LP). I find it easier to set everything up via the web interface (mytotalconnectcomfort) and then use the web or the app to manage the thermostats.

Answer:	I’ve have found that out too. Don’t like the wicks they sell, to small..
Question:	Will these fit 1/2 gallon jack daniels bottles
Answer:	The wick is long enough but I believe you will need a larger metal coupling. The ones that come with this set are 3/4 inch. I believe you need a 1/2 inch size for those bottles.
Question:	Why do the torches go out faster than i can light them? i bought several for gifts! i also bought the tiki bite fighter fuel. nothing works
Answer:	One thing you might try is leaving those rubber o-rings off the wick holder. What might be happening is the seal with the rings is “too good”. If air can’t get into the bottle, the flame won’t be able to pull oil up to burn it. It’s like someone trying to drink a liquid using a straw on a contIner that is perfectly sealed. No matter how hard you try to pull liquid, the vacuum that is created won’t allow liquid to come through the straw. Same situation might be happening here. Experiment with the rubber rings. But use extreme caution. Once the rings are removed, if the bottle is tipped over you’ll have a big fire on your hands. So care and common sense is highly recommended.
Question:	Wicks do not stay lite. Bottles have oil in and wick is wet. Please advise

Answer:	Well, Nicole...I haven't run with it. I use it to light my way to the chicken yard at night to secure the henhouse. But it fits on your head in three pieces, two around the crown and one over the top from forehead to nape. It feels as though it would be secure enough to run with. I like it very much.
Question:	Can I use this to read at night
Answer:	Yes - I do use this to read at night. My Kindle may have spoiled me, as regular books appear "just plain dark" and I find I no longer like limiting myself to "that one chair near the lamp". If I want to read on the couch or on the porch or wherever, the light isn't good enough and the head lamp makes reading in those places practical. Yes the light is comfortable enough to wear while reading, and the variable light settings allow you to pick how much additional light you need.
