Question:	should i need install the battery for the headlamp
Answer:	Lamp broke in about 11 months. I contacted support at 13 months. Support said I was over limit by one month and offered me 30% off. My guess is they looked at this as a business transaction. This is certainly one approach. Another approach would be to consider their lamps should not last only 11-13 months. I have other (newer) lamps from them, and I'm concerned these will go back within 30 . Now I'm concerned my other lamps will fail soon also. I wish I would have just have spent a little more and bought a Petzl. My old Petzl worked for about 3-4 years until I lost it.

Answer:	That depends on the power source you connect to. Usually it takes 6-8 hours. When you connect the cable to a computer or power bank it may take longer. You can find the back red light turn green when charging completes.

Question:	As the headlight is charging the lights turn on. I turn them off but they eventually come back on. Is this normal while it’s charging
Answer:	The display tells you what station the radio is on, but is not visible when wearing the radio. Also, the display is not lit up. So if you wear the radio at night, or in the dark, take it off to see what station it's on you need a flashlight. Changing from AM to FM and shutting on and off is done with one switch and is tricky
Question:	Anyone have a problem with the red safety light in the back not working when pressing the on/off button on the battery case
Answer:	Oh GOD NO!! these weigh really no more than a standard pair of ear muffs. Comfortable to wear 12 hours straight. Which I have done by the way. Batteries have lasted 18 hours so far.

Answer:	Yes, there is plenty of room for adjustment. I wear a size 7 1/2 hat and i can wear these over my hat and sunglasses. And they adjust small enough my 8 year old son can wear them.

It is still an LED but unlike the “old school” two prong LED’s Whig are soldered onto a pcb, these LED’s are bonded onto a board (hence the name) and are top contact devices. They are connected to the board via wire bond and not solder. The only advantages COB have over two pronged LEDs is reliability (COB can have a longer life). COB does have the potential to be brighter (since several chips can be wire bonded in series) than traditional LEDs but it all depends on the manufacturer. Answer:	I don't use mine too often, but I'm still on my first ones at least 15 hours I've put on em.

Question:	Is the red light good for night photography
Answer:	Only if your exposure on the camera is set at about 4 seconds for a still shot up close using a f3.5 lens. The lumens are too low to get any sort of illumination past 5 feet even with longer exposure time. Then again, if you have a camera taking still photography at night with exposures times that are numbered nearer to minutes than they are seconds... chances are you wouldn't be asking this question.
Question:	How long will the batteries last at max brightness
Answer:	4-6 hours for me using Duracell. The issue is the light discharges the batteries slowly when turned off, so beware of storing them for months on end or for an emergency.
