Question:	is there a warranty for the pen? how do i make a claim
Answer:	A baking soda/water solution takes the smell/taste out of almost all items - plastic or metal. If this doesnt do the trick, put in a couple spoons of baking soda then pour in vinegar - do this in sink as mixture foams up. Will smell like apples!!! (Also works great to not only remove odors from thermoses, but cleans out the build up left from repeated use for coffee/tea. Freshens drains as well!) Let sit for several minutes then wash as usual. Answer:	I wouldn't make a hot drink in it. I don't think it would melt, but I'd burn my hand.

Answer:	I have not placed mine in the freezer. The plastic is pretty durable so I would think if you allowed for normal scientific expansion of let's say water, it would be ok? But I have NOT done it myself. This isn't a plastic easily crumpled like a water bottle one would buy in a convenient store. Its thick.

Question:	Does the cap come unscrewed on it's own? I kept my last tac pen on a lanyard with my keys and after a while was left with only a cap
Answer:	The pen end needs to be pulled really hard several times & the it will come off. As you put it on & off it should become easier. There seems to be a tough seal between the pen end and cap.
Question:	can you use fisher ink in it
Answer:	Yes the cap fits on the sharp non writable end and the writable end. It fits very snug and then it pops into place, it does rotate however which isn't a bad thing. The pocket clip is very thick and strong, it will not fall off of you unless pulled hard. The clip also goes back to its original spot all the time. It will not get bent out of shape unless forcibly abused.

Answer:	It depends upon how alert the TSA folks are. It is safer to place in baggage unless you are flying into a 3rd world airport. Under the latter circumstances I would put in my carry-on conspicuously with other pens & pencils and have business cards near it saying you are a mechanical engineer. On most flights operators carry Bic pens. They are difficult to break and make a hole the same size as an AK-47 round.

Answer:	The WASP Weapon is designed for use with any 9mm firearm equipped with a ½” x 28 threaded barrel. Glock models 17, 19, 26, and 43 are excellent choices. Smith & Wesson M&P9 Shield, and the US Army's new Sig Sauer p320, are also compatible.

Answer:	Wasp Less-Lethal is a firearm accessory which has two main components: a) Launch platform is an aluminum Barrel Adaptor with 1/2 x 28 TPI and b) Projectile or Baton, made from foam over an aluminum core. The setup is to attach the Barrel Adaptor to the end of a threaded barrel, the same way as a compensatory or suppressor is attached. The current Wasp model is designed for use on a 9mm pistol. Loading, the Baton, it slides over the barrel adaptor. There is an O-ring molded into the Baton, which holds the Baton in place. The pistol is loaded with standard ammunition. When the pistol is fired, the bullet is captured by the Baton, and the Baton is launched downrange to the target. The Effective range is up to 25 feet. As long as the Glock 19 and FN 509 thread design matches the Barrel Adaptor standard of 1/2 x 28 TPI, both should operate as above. Answer:	It is not likely it would inside. Remember, when you unscrew the body of the the pen, the flash light & battries are in that end. This exposes the built in pen. The glass breaking tip on thr other end does not unscrew. You can grt refills for this pen as well (depending on the model you purchase. Pen wrights good. Flashlight is bright and it flashes on the second setting. Very good buy for the money.

Answer:	No it can't. I was disapointed by this. But kept the pen because of all the extras.

Answer:	It is not a defense tool. I bought it for my daughter to keep in her car. It is a multi purpose tool. There is a good video on amazon that shows what it does. It has a flashlight, a strobe light, a point to break a car window, screwdriver, etc. The video is very informative. It is also a pen with refills and xtra batteries.

Answer:	It is steel. Not sure of the grade but it is steel. These are really good pens. I was expecting a lot less when I ordered them. Had a few bucks left over from a gift card so I ordered them just to see.

Answer:	Yes, you can remove the clip. Just unscrew the glass breaker tip then slide clip off and re-screw tip back

Answer:	I'm not sure but think it is aluminum, but have a nice hefty weight. I'm so pleased with them. They write better than any pen l have had; plus the refills can be replaced.
