If you do buy the rechargeable Streamlight 18650 battery with the light, the battery itself has a port that requires a USB micro-B plug. The other end of that cable can plug into any charging source (e.g. computer USB port, plug-in charger with a USB connection) to charge the battery. I checked the Streamlight website and this battery fits your flashlight. Only difference being that pn75175 is a NiCad rated at 3.6V 1800mAh and pn75375 is a NiMH rated at 3.6V 2200mAh. So, the NiMH battery is more current technology and will last longer.

Answer:	Just got a pack in clearly printed 11-2029, so it looks like current stock definitely is sporting expiration dating!

Answer:	Good question! I live on Catalina and discovered Best Buy has NO problem shipping Alkaline or Lithium batteries. While there were reports that lithium batteries caught fire and were therefore dangerous, they have since been made much safer than they were. The new regulations were to be restrictions based on over 100 watt hour batteries and intended only for bulk shipments, not individual consumer products such as laptops or tablets. This did not however stop UPS or FedEx from refusing such shipments for some time. I suspect this was due to lack of understanding of their own regulations, staff training and education on their part. Instead they choose to blame shippers for preventing them from shipping simple products, Amazon included. For some time after passing that new regulation, I had to have tablets shipped to the mainland, then at great expense shipped to me from there or brought over by boat which made me wait long periods of time to get my purchases. No fun at all! If you call someone at UPS's hazmat department it's like talking to a brick wall and as if they don't have anyone who actually understands batteries working there at all. When I called about a Backup UPS (uninterruptable power supply), they had no clue as to if the batteries in them were sealed or not much less what an uninterruptible power supply is! Heaven help us...Now things changed considerably and I am able to get phones, tablets, and laptops shipped directly with under 100 Wh lithium batteries installed, and I quote "regulations limit the Li-ion battery to no larger than 100Wh" REFERENCE: http://batteryuniversity.com/learn/article/how_to_transport_batteriesThis still leaves the question about these type of batteries still being restricted and I would love to hear Amazon's response to this. Answer:	It looks like it can be turned 180. The end of the threaded shaft that is visable has two flats. However, the body is a 1-1/4 in. hex. So a female hose connection greater than 1-1/4 in. dia. would interfere with the lever and not allow full turn on. A simple brass female hose coupling should clear.

Answer:	The Streamlight batteries I have are 1550 mah. That came directly from Streamlight when I emailed them asking the same question of thier batteries. I believe that is the highest that cr123a's currently have.
Question:	Will these work in a TLR
Answer:	Them batteries are NOT re-chargeable . They don't claim to be either. They were a good deal at the time I thought. I put them in my lite on my piece and went to turn them on 6 months later and they were dead. I opened a new pack and put them in it and they were dead as well.
Question:	I understand the shelf life is 10 years, but what is the EXPIRATION DATES on these batteries
Answer:	Put a load on one for two seconds and it will be dead within two weeks. Untouched these degrade unusually fast on the shelf. I live in Arizona, and travel to Colorado. Extreme heat or cold kills these extra fast. These cheapo bought on lowest bid mystery manufacturer batteries might last a year, two years or two months. I would NOT anticipate or expect this junk product to last a year stored indoors, at room temp. The CR123A is a notorious POS! The only thing worse is the military 1/3 N laser battery. If you have a weapon light, light/laser, or laser, please, buy rechargeable batteries, and a quality charger. If you need two batteries, BUY SIX. Have 2 in the device, 2 spares, and 2 on the charger. Rotate your batteries, accordingly, every 4-6 days. The batteries from the light go on the charger, the spares go in the light, and the batteries off the charger become your spares. Weapons lights & lasers are a pain in the ___! Remember, lasers and tracer rounds work both ways! I stopped using my Surefire, & Streamlights in lieu of a small flashlight and tritium night sights. Batteries go dead at the worst possible times. Red Dots, lasers, and weapon lights fail to work at the worst possible times, so I finally cut the cords, and rely on a simple very small flashlight, a large flashlight, and night sights. The flashlights use AAAs and last for over a year.

Answer:	I do not know. You might try to google the brand you have in mind. With this flashlight, due to the expense of it (over $100 when I bought it from a Police website), I did not want to chance using another battery, nor would I use this battery in another light.

Answer:	I would do a simple test and use a test meter to check battery voltage, but do a simple clean on battery by using an eraser to clean battery contact ends as corrosion (not visible) does effect proper contact. This is of course if your existing charging unit is working with others.

Answer:	Not for a Strion model. Proprietary end on cell, normal 18650 won't work. I've tried :)

Answer:	The s2 does not come with a battery, the s2r comes with one 18650 battery

Answer:	This flashlight has the .5 lumen constant holddown switch level, then once you turn it on it has 4 levels of brightness. Once the battery goes below a certain voltage, it will only have 2 levels of brightness, AND the blue turn on switch will glow red, indicating a lower level of voltage in the battery. It will operate at that lower level for quite some time before it goes out completely. I have not left it on steadily until it went off, so I really don't know how long it would take. But using it intermittently for a couple of weeks, it works fine. But I would say that I didn't use it for more than a total of 2 hours like that before I put in a recharged unprotected 18650, 3.7v li-ion 3500mh. Hope that helps. I think its a great little light, magnetic back tail cap that is flat so will do a tail stand, useful for lots of every day carry lighting needs!
Question:	can I get a replacement clip? bent mine
Answer:	It's because your eyes have to adjust to the intensity of the light. When you are sitting in a room shining it at the wall you will not notice the difference. Outside in the dark, where 950 lumens can actually be out to use it will be more than noticable, because your eyes have the ability to adjust due to the surroundings.

Answer:	I would say that's pretty accurate, 3.5-4 hours at 400 is pretty close. I guess it would also depend on the kind of 18650 you're using. It does have a low battery indicator, when it starts to get low the button glows red

Answer:	An inverter isn't needed as there is a car charging option that charges the Super Siege directly from a cars or RV's 12v power outlet. Search for and purchase: 44923 Streamlight Waypoint Rechargeable DC Cord If you already have an AC inverter that works in a car or RV, as long as it outputs more than 30 watts AC it should work with the AC charging adapter that comes with this lantern.

Answer:	Yes, the Super Siege model 44947 comes with a rechargeable lithium battery included however, it's not replaceable that I can see so I wouldn't call it a battery pack as its built into the unit. There are other Siege Lantern models that take 3xAA and 3xD cells but those models do not include batteries like this one does.

DUAL SWITCH TECHNOLOGY

Question:	Isn't this model the 500 lumen
Answer:	I have the Siege model. It is not rechargable. It takes 3 D cell batteries. I have used it on a couple of camping trips and am extremly happy with it. So far I have not had to replace the batteries. Good Luck with your choice whatever it is.
Question:	Why so expensive
Answer:	The specs are on Steamlights website. Just do a web search. There are to many to list here.
Question:	How many Lumens is 12,000 CP
Answer:	The 400 has only 200 lumens, the Super Siege has 1100 lumens. slight price difference. the 200 comes with a usb cable. Given the slight price difference and big difference in lumens, I would go with the 44945 Super Siege.
Question:	does this comes with a charger
Answer:	Question asked under listing of the 44947... it IS the rechargeable model... Streamlight sells a 12v dc plug, it does not state what particular devices it works with, so I posted that question. Really dumb that Amazon clumps all reviews/questions about Seige lanterns together instead of model specific. FIX THAT!
