The flood is ungodly bright on high and turns the entire other side of my dark street into daylight. It’s crazy. The flood will travel about 2 full blocks on a dark street. It has a really long throw. The light is heavy. Well machines and is clearly very high quality. Only thing ide change is if the body was a little thinner. It’s a thick light. But it’s manageable for the amazing job it does

Answer:	Rather than punch the "I don't know" button, I'll offer this, even though I don't know.... I've have mine for about a year and it likely is the "older" model and therefore 35 lumens. But I am amazed at how much light that little AAA battery can throw and how long the battery lasts. I view this device as a piece of survival gear. Therefore battery life is important. If given a choice, I'd go with the 35 lumen, assuming a 45 lumen would take a larger drain on the life of the battery. 35 lumens from this flashlight, is a lot of light!

Question:	Can you lock out the side button
Answer:	The charger that comes with the D58 plugs into a USB-A socket. Use a 2A USB adapter, just as the user manual says. When you do, the actual charge rage is 1.04 amps. The charger will get somewhat hot. The battery will require an hour or so to recharge. If you use an old 500mA USB adapter to supply the charger, it will work but it will take longer. The charger cable is a custom plug, not found anywhere else. Actual runtime in the drone is 15 to 18 minutes.

Answer:	Yes. There is a D ring that has the threads that fit the q8. https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/2y6eXCG. With this accessory you can use a lanyard or shoulder strap. Hope this helps.
Question:	Is this an actual sofirn q8, not a knockoff
Answer:	Yes, it is a genuine Sofirn Q8. Although they did revise it a bit. I ordered mine back in 2019 and there was an option to purchase it without batteries, as well as a slightly different looking picture. But when I went back in my purchase history and selected my purchase of this light, It pulled up this same page. So yea, should be legit, because the one I received was genuine. The pros don't like flashlights that comes with batteries. Like me, that's why I got the battery-less one. Reasons: A) They already have a bunch of batteries laying around, and B) the batteries that come with flashlights are usually junk. (The ones that'll come with this light are gonna be junk. Nothing Samsung or anything) It'll work fine, but it won't quite as bright as it could be, and it won't run quite as long. For a beginner they're fine though. They include the batteries in there for two reasons. 1) Lot's of people complain that they don't come with batteries, and 2) they make a little extra profit including those in the package and selling it a bit higher, than if it was just the bare light. I got my light for like fifty-five bucks. But yes, It should be the real McCoy.

Question:	Will Nitecore NL protected batteries fit? Heard the nitecore are 68 mm long and 18650 batteries are usually 65 mm long
