Answer:	No. Just unscrew anti-clockwise as per normal. If you left the batteries in a long time, they may have leaked and corroded the threads and may not allow you to remove the cover.

Question:	Do I have to press the button 3 times to put it off
Answer:	I had the same issue. I was able to open it remove the batteries and put it back together and it worked . I found if the batteries are low the light works erratically.

Answer:	No but you could use ONE 14500 with a 2xAA length spacer to conduct the rest of the length. I too, wish they made an 18650 version, except that takes 2 x 18650 not 1x, then make the COB double length for 1000 lumens, then put a 5W LED in the end for 500 lumens spot beam, then get rid of the mechanical switch and make it capacitive, and put a phone charger USB 3A output on the side (not the other end, keep the neo magnet!), and a wifi geolocator chip so you can track it with your phone, and a state of charge battery indicator, and thicker polycarb lens with true waterproofing, and a tritium locator ring, a gun mount, a hard hat mount, a mosquito repellant mode, a spork that swings out of the side, and a water purification feature along with a CO2 cartridge for inflating tires, and a vape pen with a 6 barrel revolver chamber and an 8 blade multi-tool and cordless impact driver capable of multi-fuels like methane and a CO and smoke alarm detector spaced safely away from a pepper spray button and if there is any room left a fold out umbrella would be icing on the cake, but then I'd want a cake icing spreader knife too but if it had a butter knife instead, I could make due as long as there is a built in knife sharpener because butter knives are usually not sharp enough.

Answer:	I charge mine every time is sunny. Just put outside where the sunlight can charge the flashlight. There was some power when I opened the box but it does need charge.

Answer:	wow some say there is a charging light somewhere on the solar panel with your unable to see during the day at the very bottom if you unscrew the cap where you would normally plug in the charger or plug in your phone charger you will see that there is a red light when you plug it into a standard socket. so hypothetically that red light should come on when it's charging in the Sun. Or at least mine comes on when it is charging

Answer:	I don't know what warranty they have either, however I purchased a few of them in July 2019 and now in November 2020 my first one is failing. After a full charge it turns off after about 15 seconds lighting.

I carry a flashlight for work, I have lost the charging port cover,,,its rather cheesy and not secured well. I regularly clean the port to keep it free of debris. Answer:	Uses a USB to 110VAC block, you should use the charging cable provide with the flashing stick as it is made for said stick. Only takes about two to three hours to charge if you haven't sucked all the power out of the battery. I love this flash light, it provides bright, adjustable light, which is great for me.
