The “lip” as it is called in the industry, allows for the chair mat to extend under the desk to protect the floor under the desk from a persons feet and also prevent Desk Chair wheels from rolling off the front end of the Chair Mat. The “lip” is NOT a beveled or tapered edge (industry terms) around the mat’s circumference. Many buyers get the lip confused with what is called a “beveled” or “tapered” edge. We do not make a chair mat with that feature.
Question:	Is there an app for this
Answer:	Thank you for the question! As long as it is being used with a common residential oxygen concentrator, this would be a good resting spot. We would warn that unrolling and flattening the mat will require some physical effort as the material is stiff being shipped rolled up. Also, the concentrator should be semi-fixed to the area of the desk chair mat as it may not slide off and back onto the mat easily. We have no experience or testing in trying to move a similar machine off and back onto the mat, but in theory, it should work. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Answer:	I can't say I've tracked the power usage exactly, but I've used 2300mAh batteries and it lasts longer than 5 hours of usage only getting down to 2/3 bars in the display. Hard to say how much longer beyond that it would actually last, but I'd highly recommend getting rechargeable batteries anyways so you can start with freshly charged batteries.

Answer:	The manual says the rf range is up to 450ft. depending on receiver. Mine is about 100 ft away from the 330a and works very well. At first mounted my sensor in the sun and it had a lot of false alarms, I was able to move to the shade and it is very dependable. The detection range on my sensor is pretty close to 40 ft. and it is mounted 8 ft off the ground.

Answer:	For safety reasons I would say NO especially upside down. Yes the ball will floa. Depending on the body size and of the bumper ball, movement is limited, could be tight which makes the individuals reaction time shorter.
