Answer:	I used this pump for less than 75 ft well. Pumps good with great pressure.

Answer:	It should. But if you have rust or dirt built up in the casing, the casing size maybe less than 4" which may cause problems for the pump.

Answer:	The cable is about 6 feet long that comes attached to the pump. You can get the electrical splices and the wire you need to complete the installation from Home Depot.
Question:	How long is the electrical cable that comes with the pump
Answer:	The electrical cable that is integral to the pump is a few feet long and can be spliced to the electrical line going back to the power box. I believe it was ~6ft. long. In the spirit of too much information: The splice technique I used was to get a submersible splice kit (available on Amazon or Lowe's). It comes with the splices and a special heat shrink tube that has a rubberized coating that oozes out when it is shrunk over the splices. I also covered the splice with 3M type 33 black tape as an added insurance policy. This tape is putty-like and bonds to itself when wrapped. I also used the 3M tape to cover all of the barbed fitting/hose clamp plumbing joints and the cast housing of the pump. The pump has been in for several months and works like a champ. You will not be disappointed with the quality and performance of this pump.

Answer:	Hi, for shipping purposes we had to start separating the motor from the body pump because of them dropping the pumps and damaging them. But attaching the pump to the motor would be the easiest part of installing a deep well pump and very simple to do. In the box comes; the motor, the pump, control box, and a splice kit. all packaged as best we can and protected from falls.

Answer:	You can attach airplane wire with electrical tape...The 3 or 4 wire electrical wire that runs to the motor is sufficient to hold if the pvc pipe breaks when lowering or pulling up the pump. I used electrical tape every 16" or so with a complete wrap at the pump 2ft going up..

If you want higher flow, and you want a 2HP pump. You can choose one of the two pumps that pumps higher flow. For 160 feet free flow(open flow). Use Amazon# B006OSS0CW model TH4-023-10 , If you require 50PSI pressure , use Amazon# B006PJ3L4M , model TH4-015-12 . Note that 50PSI is equivalent to 116 feet head, so the Total Dynamic Head is 160+116= 276 feet. Look up the pump curve at 276 feet to get the flow rate information from the model that you choose.

Answer:	I have been running my pump just off the solar panels for almost a year now. The decrease in sun will lower the voltage output, decreasing the amount of water the pump will push. However, it hasn’t appeared to have damaged mine from it.
Question:	Where was this made
Answer:	It is a 24v pump, but, DC voltage has a higher rating than the voltage designation (i.e 12v = have a minimum input/output of 14.4v, 24v = minimum of 28.8). The newer panels have higher ratings, so you must have 2 - 12v panels hooked in series to get 36 volts. Should work, since in my experience that higher voltage will probably get you a higher water volume flow. I get about 30 volts and 6 amps out of 4 panels (2 banks in parallel hooked together in series, they are old 40watt panels) and I am getting about 5gpm from the pump which is only rated for 3gpm. As long as you meet the required amperage of 5 amps, the voltage will increase power. Which means higher voltage equals more water volume pumped. Make sure you have a pump controller (critical for extending pump life) and make sure your pump can't run dry (determine your well's static water level). The pump is advertised for 230' depth, but came with a disclaimer to not install it any deeper than 100'. I have one installed at 100' and 1 at 70', they have both worked flawlessly for over a year now. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. China, of course. The same pump is made in Arkansas and would have been $2200 from our local pump guy. The AR pump needs replacing or reworking about every 7 years under our system of water delivery. The property is for sale and I did not want to spend more. I usually do not buy China items but if the AR pump does not last why spent the $? I did not know country of origin when the purchase was made.

Answer:	I have used 1/4" irrigation line, 1/4" clear air line, and 1/4" poly water line with these valves. Have not had any issues. I use these valves in both pneumatic and irrigation applications.
