If you have a garage, hang it in there next to the water heater, mine does not stay in the bathroom.

Question:	how do you clean this
Answer:	Actually, I regret buying this. It is not sanitary at all. You have to pick this up off the floor & clean this by hand with a soapy cloth in a bucket. You could use Clorox wipes, but I think that would be a bigger mess & you’d need to use a lot of wipes. The hinged butterfly-open design is terrible. You need to use your hands to open it & lift out the plunger. It does not simply open when you try to lift up the plunger. Same thing to put it back in the holder - must use your hands. I cannot recommend this product. Very unsanitary to use & clean.

Answer:	No, these are not flushable. This is a ‘scrub’ brush with a separate plunger.

Answer:	I had to shave down part of the plastic. Mentioned in my review. Just can’t remember exactly where. Took it apart and after some tinkering figured it out. Try some trial and error and hopefully you can get it working for you. Been working fine since, even though I (we) shouldn’t have to have fixed their mess up.

Question:	How many applications do you get with each CO2 cartridge
Answer:	The co2 cartridges (chargers) are single use. The contents of the co2 cartridge is expelled when you press the button. This co2 gas pushes the water/waste forcefully through the pipes to clear the blockage (clog). Each use requires one co2 cartridge (charger).
Question:	Can you use other types of Co2 cylinders like 16g to get two shots or will you just get a more powerful one shot
Answer:	No. You cannot use larger cylinders. Physically, they will not fit. Also, the 8g is very powerful. In the 3 years that I have personally used this product, only twice did I have to use 2 cylinders to clear a stubborn clog.
Question:	Does it have any negative effects on septic systems
Answer:	It should work just fine with a properly installed and maintained system. The most powerful part of the pressure will be its initial release, and depending upon the trapped air (p-traps, j-traps along the way), actual pipe size, bends, connections, and the make-up of the actual clog (will the clog absorb some of the pressure) the clog will be dislodged and subsequently pushed through the entire length of pipe before even reaching the actual septic part of your system... The CO2 is only 8grams (tiny cylinder) and it starts to lose it effectiveness within the first meter (3 ft) or two.
Question:	Does it work on really bad clogs
Answer:	I don't know exactly what you think is a really bad clog but This product worked GREAT for me... I had a toilet that kept getting clogged. No matter how many times we used a regular plungerit never 100% got cleared. that is until I used the sureplunge. One shot of air was all it took to clear the debris and it's been 6 months and it's still unclogged. My favorite part about this plunger is the fact you don't have to repeatedly plunge. It takes about a minute to put together and use. My only advice is to make sure you hold it tight when using because the air makes it slightly kick back.

Answer:	Considering what it’s used for, I’d assume the solutions for both would be “Buy a new one.” Same goes for any inquiries about its resale value as well.

Answer:	In the craft section of walmart they sell plastic table coverings. You ask for the size you’d like and a clerk will cut it for you and place a customized price tag on it. After purchasing, you may cut a line up to the center of a 3 x 3 section or larger and place the pole in the center. That way if you pull and water splashes it will splash on the covering and not on you.

Question:	Will it work on clog that is several feet past the trap in shower
Answer:	At least in my bathroom sink, it was a disaster. This product dissolved something and the pvc pipe detached from the pipe under the sink causing a leak that damaged everything I had inside the cabinet and the hair was still in there. I had a clogged sink and now I have a useless sink because I have to find a plumber to fix the pipes. Thankfully I have two more bathrooms with sinks that I can use. Take the risk if you want, I'm not using it never again.

Answer:	I didn't use it immediately after Drano, but I used it after trying Drano for months if not years with limited results. This worked the first time I used it and three months later the drain is still flowing free. I was frankly amazed. I've never seen a product work as well. (I did flush with boiling water after letting this work overnight. I don't know if it enhanced the effect, but I am extremely pleased with it.)
